Il parcheggio gratuito, la posizione a 10/15 minuti a piedi dal centro. La struttura accogliente.

Host sentito solo telefonicamente ma presente per risolvere i problemi. Avevamo un codice errato per l ingresso ma abbiamo risolto velocemente per via tekefonica

Pros:

Room was ready early so I didn't have to wait for the usual check-in time. The host kindly let me check in early.
The entire room looked brand new. Spotlessly clean. Same for the public areas of the building.
Well-equipped kitchenette.
The free parking is a great facility.
Ceiling at sleeping area is low, being in the roof space, but it's exactly as in the photos, so it was as expected.
Bed was very comfortable.
Air-con worked well. One unit upstairs at sleeping area, and one downstairs at living/dining area.

Un' ottma soluzione per visitare Lubiana
Pros:

L'ottima posizione vicina al centro città facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, zona tranquilla anche la sera per il rientro e silenziosa, il parcheggio privato, appartamento piccolo ma con tutto il necessario. Molto gradito il pensiero di farci trovare bevande fresche.

Aggiungerei qualche appendino per vestiti.

Lovely apartment with everything we needed for our family, excellent location just a short walk into the centre. Parking was great too. Staff on hand to answer messages promptly. Would definitely stay again.

Buena ubicación, pero cosas mejorables
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, el apartamento comodo y el parking es muy sencillo para aparcar (aunque es de grava y no va bien con carritos o maletas grandes)

Cons:

Vale que fuese un bajo con terraza, pero la casa tenia muchos bichos pequeños (hormigas, arañas, cienpies..), tanto dentro como fuera. Ademas, la mampara de la ducha tenia un par de herrajes rotos y no cerraba bien. Hay que contar con que no tiene ascensor y no tiene ninguna habitación accesible sin subir o bajar un tramo de escaleras.

Единствено не ни допадна, че апартамента беше разположен в мазето...но в цялата сграда имаше апартаменти с различно разположение.
