Easy access to down town
This particular condo does not get any sun. It is surrounded by buildings so nothing dries there is really no airflow . No washing machine. Hard bed. The pool access to me is just a novelty I would take a higher floor where there is some movement of air. The condo could use some simple maintenance. The entry door is hard to close or open the slider the same

jeg likte at det var mikro ovn som vi kunne varme opp mat også god plass i kjøleskapet, lett tilgjengelig for å bade. tv som kan bruke. liten kjøkken som var fint å bruke. god plass.
masse sand i sengen, det var olje og blodflekk på senge laken. skapet på tv benken var løs og holdt på å falle av heletiden. døra til balkongen gikk ikke an å låse så hvem som helst kunne komme inn og ut av vår balkong, jeg hadde en 17 mnd gammel baby som jeg var veldig redd for. det var maaasse sand på gulve. og dusjen var ekstrem skitten. dusjhode har ikke blitt vasket lenge. dette var veldig din leilighet som ikke har blitt vedlikeholdt godt nok. ellers hadde dette plassen var helt perfekt.
The pool entry villa was well worth the extra $, so good after the Muay Thai workouts to chill a bit.
You can also swim laps if you’re a swimmer as the straight is about 60m.
The property has everything you need, the bed is clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly (as long as you are, please dont be ‘those’ tourists acting like fools).
I’d recommend the property to anyone.

The pool was nice but lacked adequate seating facilities and had virtually no shade...
The gym was OK, but not big enough for the permanent residents.
Where do I start...
The rude reception we got on check-in..We were instructed to phone the owner for the room number and access code... The obnoxious owner hung up on us twice, room no 258/8... she didn't speak English or so she claimed ... We eventually got the rude receptionist to speak to her..
At that point, I was ready to forfeit the booking...
So when we finally got the key to the unserviced room, we were horrified when we opened the door.
The place was dark, dingy with little natural light.
The bed was like a rock, with lumpy pillows, threadbare towels, and a blanket you would use for the dog...
No additional towels were offered for the pool.
No change of bed linen or towels for the stay.
The place was superficially clean... With mosquitoes buzzing around, we ended up purchasing spray from the supermarket to fumigate the place...
The TV had no English channels, not that we spent much time in the place...thankfully we used our phones to watch Netflix.
The furniture had some cheap disgusting stretch covers over stained seating...
The place requires a deep clean... The tile in the bathroom was dark, but you could see the build-up of scum and mould...
Just give the place a miss, we heard others' complaints.
We have to say this is the worst place we've stayed in Asia in 30 years of travelling....
A rip-off...stay somewhere else...
no breakfast included in our stay as it was self contained which was no a problem

no pool towels was included as in the bookings it stated that we were going to get pool towels.
one white but dirty looking towel each was included looks like the floor was wiped with it.
the mattress was like sleeping on concrete had sore backs everyday
one little tea towel the size of a hanky was in the kitchen
The sofa was so uncomfortable to sit on we also had sore backs
no iron in the apartment so our clothes were wrinkled
when i approached the receptionist at the complex, not helpful. All i got was ring the owner. When i messaged the owner i did not get an answer from him.
So this would not make me book with this person ever again.
We liked the swim up pool to our room, but the pool was very cool and couldn't stay in long. You couldn't eat, drink anywhere on site apart from inside the apartment.
Security staff were helpful but the reception staff weren't.
No eating or drinking anywhere on site apart from inside your apartment. The mosquitos were prevalent because of the pool water being up to the balcony.
