Ülim puhtus. Parkla asukoht on maja varjus, nii et päike autot kuumaks ei küta. Ka meie toa asend päikese suhtes oli selline, et jahutamisvajadus ei olnud kuigi suur. Väga omanäoline koht.

Cons:

Kuna toas kappe pole, siis võiks olla kasvõi mõni nagi. Õnneks on 2 avariiulit ja 2 riidepuud. Oleksime eelistanud ka veidi pehmemaid voodeid.
