MY favorite condo in Krug Thep(Bangkok), BEST location EVER.. and the nicest people you will ever.
Pros:

I USED TO. LIVE in this condo for 3 years,,..and although the cleaner is old and useless(she should retire) the staff and everyone at Ariva who I have known for 6 YEARS are absolutely AMAZING. GREAT PEOPLE.. GOOD HEARTS..ขอพระองค์ทรงพระเจริญพระชนมายุยิ่งยืนนาน และประเทศไทยจงเจริญ

Beautiful building but terrible unit.
Pros:

The building is beautiful. It has an amazing pool and a great gym. The staff are very nice

Cons:

Our room smelled like an ashtray even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. The room could really use some maintenance. The wall paper is peeling off. The non-stick pans were both so worn out that they were unusable. There was no dish soap, dish cloth or sponge. The internet was slow and out for long periods of time everyday. They manage 30 units so we should have pushed right away for a different unit, but after hours of travel, what can you do.

Great Location, but nothing more. Will not recommend for this price, its not worth it.
Pros:

Location is very convenient, close to shops and eatieries. Public transport is very easy and its in a clean and decent neighborhood.

Cons:

Very old interior, spring of bed mattress poking, marks on sofa, stains on chairs, wallpaper peeling, not worth this price.
First night, i got the executive studio and when i demanded to change, they kept me waiting. The lady had the audacity to ask how i know its not the one bedroom apartment which i had paid for, i mean, really? Do you think people are that dumb that you can fleece them? Basically, i finally got the most disgusting one bedroom apartment room available. Will not return and will not recommend this place at all.

Pretty good!
Pros:

- Fast wifi
- Pretty cheap
- Good location
- Kitchen with big fridge and washing machine among other things
- Very nice pool and a decent gym

Cons:

- Bit rundown and could use a refurbishment
- The room smelled like old people’s house

Great value for the price for a stay around the Thonglor area.
Pros:

Great location for travelers visiting Thonglor ; swimming pool and fitness center are available. Rooms are comfortable and spacious ; housekeeping is done 3 times/week.

Cons:

Reception is only open from 9AM-6PM, which can be a problem if checking in or out outside these hours. The staff can be reached by LINE however and will try to accommodate if possible.

it was in the centre good location. but everything in the apartment was very old. musky and lights were not that bright.

Cons:

old looking. not many amenities. it’s a service apartment but at least some dish washing liquid, kitchen cleaning clothes and washing liquid small sized should be provided. i had go and buy everything extra big products.

we wanted a place with kitchen and pool and gym and this place had all of it at a perfect area!
Pros:

good location good facilities, clean pool, good wifi, all you need!

Cons:

just didn’t understand where to hang clothes after washing but all the rest was working well and everything was perfect !
