Pros:

Aussieland Bungalows is very nice option to stay at Koh Samui. Value for money is great and bungalow was clean and beds comfortable. Air conditioner is working well and there is a safe. WiFi connection speed is great.beach is 8 minutes easy walk and 7eleven only 5.

Cons:

Lying on a standing water causes lot of Moskitos but if close protector on the door not really problematic. Wild dogs running at the neighbors garden and this is a bit disturbing

Près de Lamai .. calme ..

Cons:

Le patron pas très avenant .. le personnel moyen a du mal à dire bonjour… odeurs d’égouts..le bungalow avec trois chambres.. manque table extérieur.. pas conforme aux photos.. la déco sur les lits !!!! piscine et bar fermeture 19 h !!!

Pros:

The location was quite good. I like the fact that they had a bar and a tiny pool and member of staff is always around the entrance of the bar. The bungalow was nicely laid out with a small city with a TV on the wall.
I did drop my wallet on the way home one night within the hotel compounds and someone generously left it on the bar for me

Cons:

The hotel is very dated. It does need sorting out everywhere. The sette had ripped in it. I didn't get a Cleaning service once while I was there for three nights and I did say about the sliding doors really stiff nothing got done about it and I think it's been like that for awhile.

Great stay, super comfortable
Pros:

Great location, lovely staff and the bed was super comfy!

Cons:

There was lots of little bugs that came out of you had food

Wonderful 2 week stay
Pros:

We had a great 14 days at the Aussieland Bungalows. The bungalow was large and comfortable, and if we had any issues it was quickly resolved by the wonderful Moo. I would recommend the bungalows to anyone who wants to stay in a quiet accommodation with a lovely beach and fabulous restaurants a short walk away.

Классная локация, уютный домик

Cons:

Мы приехали с другом на 4 дня, и один из нас спал на кровати, другой на диване. Я попросил у хозяина второе одеяло, на что тот мне сказал, что на диване спать нельзя. Вопрос: Почему??? Только из-за такого отношения я оставляю не очень хороший отзыв

Domki wygodne. Nasz miał dwie sypialnie, salon z aneksem kuchennym, taras. W domku czysto, suszarka, lodówka, mikrofalówka, toster. Blisko do plaży, restauracji, sklepów

Cons:

Było nas czworo i trochę brakowało nam szklanek i talerzy. Dokładnie były cztery szklanki, kubki i cztery talerze.Gdyby było 6 sztuk każdego, byłoby ok.

Pros:

Posizione ottima a pochi minuti dalla spiaggia, stanze grandi e molto pulite, si sono offerti di trovarci un taxi per l areoporto la mattina presto.

Cons:

Non si capiva se la stanza era pronta dopo le 14:00 perche la signora dello staff prima ci diceva di entrare poi ci rimandava alla reception
