Pros:

The owner is very fair and accommodating. We arrived late, well after midnight, but he was already waiting for us outside the entrance. After checking out, we could leave our luggage there since we had a late-night flight.

Cons:

The area gets a bit noisy in the late hours due to the many restaurants and terraces on the street, but anyone who intensely explores the streets of Istanbul won’t have any trouble sleeping.

Pros:

Le foto non corrispondono alla reale condizione della struttura. Il personale è gentilissimo, la colazione è buona anche se un po’ scarna, la stanza era pulita e gli asciugamani venivano cambiati ogni giorno.

Cons:

Tuttavia, la struttura è fatiscente: mobili rotti, carta da parati scollata, bagno sistemato in modo approssimativo (anche con del nastro adesivo).

Mi dispiace, ma non è una struttura che mi sento di consigliare. La posizione è buona, ma in bassa stagione, come in questo periodo, si può trovare di meglio spendendo poco di più.

Pros:

I booked this stay for my family, and they were impressed with both the location and the apartment. The breakfast was also quite enjoyable. Overall, it was a positive experience.

We booked the transfer and the car was old and dirty. This is definitely an area for improvement

Era un apartamento para 4 personas, amplio y cómodo y no tenía ascensor

Cons:

El desayuno demasiado simple, repetitivo y pobre, no venía variedad y era poca cantidad, no hubo vegetales o frutas, eso me decepcionó

Pros:

Добрый день, забронировала апартаменты начитавшись положительных отзывов. Не знаю кто их писал.
Огромный плюс апартаментов- доброжелательный и всегда помогающий персонал в лице Хамзы и Нары. Нара убирает каждый день, ей отдельно 10 баллов.
Ещё один плюс- чистое постельное белье хорошее и полотенца.
Расположение- близко к достопримечательностям.
Нам достались двухкомнатные апартаменты, точнее одна тёмная комната, а за ней уже спальня. Вся мебель старая и требуется ремонт, в ванной на потолке огромное пятно плесени, чтобы настроить воду нужно очень постараться, она идёт то кипяток, то ледяная.
Завтрак- каждый день одинаковый (яйцо, сыр, колбаса- ни разу не попробовала, варенье, оливки, маслины, хлеб).
Маленькая кухонка- закуток, очень темно и неудобно.

Пересмотрели много вариантов в этом районе, поэтому за такие деньги можно смириться с некоторыми неудобствами, о которых

Расположение и прекрасный персонал

Cons:

Здесь писали уже много раз про уставшую мебель и сантехнику, минимум косметических принадлежностей, точнее-только жидкое мыло для рук-все так:)

Είναι ένα άτυπο ξενοδοχείο...χωρίς ρεσεψιόν χωρίς τίποτε που να υποδεικνύει μια σωστή διαχείριση ξενοδοχείου..
Δεν υπήρχε σαμπουάν στο μπάνιο..το πρωινό στάνταρ χωρίς πόλλες επιλογές...γενικά μια ευγένεια υπήρχε.…. για να καλυφτούν οι ατέλειες..το βράδυ ο ύπνος δύσκολος λόγω της ζωντανής μουσικής με τα κλαρίνα..και για μένα το πιο αποκρουστικό ήταν το ότι ακόμα δεν είχαμε ανοίξει την πόρτα μας ζήτησαν να πληρώσουμε..(εννοείται χωρίς απόδειξη)πριν ακόμα καλά καλά κατεβάσουμε τα πράγματα..τι να πω....
Περίμενα καλύτερη συμπεριφορά
