Local perfeito, a dois passos de tudo que necessitava
Pros:

O único problema a relatar é que tive dificuldade de entender a caligrafia de quem escreveu a senha da Internet que estava no roteador. O Isabella, realmente foi desafiador... rs Só consegui descobrir quando o simpático porteiro da noite disse que a proprietária do apto se chamava Isabella !

A Isabella é super prestável. A rua é excelente, tem mercado, comida, comércio e segurança. É muito perto da praia. Vou voltar!

Estadia excelente, com atendimento atencioso, limpeza impecável e equipe sempre prestativa.
Pros:

A Sra. Isabella foi extremamente atenciosa e sempre disponível para ajudar em tudo que precisávamos.
A Sra. Antonia, responsável pela organização do apartamento, sempre muito bem-humorada e cuidadosa, deixava tudo impecavelmente limpo e arrumado.
A equipe da portaria também merece destaque, sempre atenta, prestativa e muito educada.
No geral, uma estadia excelente, com atendimento diferenciado e cheio de cuidado!

Confortable departamento con excelente ubicación
Pros:

Todo. La ubicación excelente a dos cuadras de la playa Copacabana y a una cuadra del metro, cerca de bares, restaurantes y supermercado.
El departamento es amplio, cómodo, luminoso y está bien equipado. Además tiene garage. La anfitriona así como el personal de recepción fueron muy amables y siempre tuvieron buena onda.

Pros:

The location is perfect! Near Copacabana beach, and with supermarkets, bars, gym and restaurants nearby. It has everything you need for a stay. We even cooked at the apartment. The internet was perfect for working the whole time. In a short walk, you can reach Ipanema beach. It is easy to find a taxi. Super safe neighbour. The cleaning lady came every afternoon. The people from the reception of the building were super nice, friendly and helpful. Everything went perfectly with the hostess, super communicative and interested in making our stay perfect.

Very pleasant stay
Pros:

Convenient location near the beach and in a central spot in Copacabana. Very decent conditions and comfortable beds, although some elements, like the kitchen, show signs of age. Having a garage in that location in Copacabana was great. Helpful staff at the front desk - always manned and minding security - and throughout the building - like the laundry ladies who wash and fold your laundry at a reasonable cost per kilo.

Cons:

The old windows vibrate in their frames and make banging sounds throughout the night if it is windy outside. The water heater in the bathroom sounds like it has seen better days - sometimes a bit scary. Would have been simpler to be able to pay with a credit card instead of a bank transfer.

Basic but good
Pros:

Well located and friendly staff.

Cons:

Quite expensive. The apartment could use some decorations and maintenance here and there. Some furniture is broken (couch, some cabinets for example). Pillows are quite old and thin. Overall it is ok but very basic.
Balcony is nice but the neighbors put a camera on their terrace pointing at the Balcony.
