Pros:

The host was a very kind man, location is close to the city centre.

Cons:

The room felt a little bit cold even with the new heating, but that is just because houses here are built different then in Central Europe.

Very clean and comfortable property in a great location. The staff were very kind, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing.

Cons:

One point to note is that cleaning is not done during the stay. Additionally, there was no hot water in the bathroom sink, the kitchen was quite basic, and the balcony did not have a table.

Cons:

Это объявление вводит в заблуждение (обманывает) клиентов.
Это две квартиры, расположенные в одном подъезде.
Одна для максимум 4 гостей на первом этаже - 40 кв. м. (как указано в объявлении)
Вторая для максимум 2 гостей на верхнем - втором этаже 25 кв. м, под крышей (чердак). По факту - это комната максимум 12 кв.м.!!!
В объявлении представлены все фотографии одновременно, как той, которая расположена на первом этаже, так и той, что расположена на втором этаже.
Поэтому, получается иллюзия того, что квартира на втором этаже имеет то, что там по факту нет - кухню на фото! Точнее, "кухня", если это можно так назвать... расположенная за пределами номера. Смотрите фото, которые я добавлю.
Состояние всего в этой комнате старое, обветшалое и требующее ремонта. Плесень в душевой на потолке и стенах, грязное заплесневелое окошко там же.
Сломанная выдвижная шухляда шкафа.
То, что владелец называет "кухней" имеет грязную от времени "посуду", которую можно найти разве что на помойке... В этой "кухне" вода только холодная, как и в раковине "душа", горячая вода была только в душе...
Т.к. это чердачное помещение, соответственно там низкая высота проемов дверей...
Если вам нужен заявленный в объявлении интернет через Wi-Fi - то это формальность, а не интернет, скорости хватает максимум на получение и отправку текстового сообщения в мессенджере...
Я крайне не рекомендую этот вариант для аренды. А поддержку уважаемого сайта booking.com я прошу разобраться с этим обманом, чтобы в последующем другие люди не пострадали...

Le quartier est propre, tranquille et bien fréquenté on se sent en sécurité même tard dans la nuit.

Cons:

La douche était inutilisable car très étroite et dans le même espace que les sanitaires en plus de la présence d'un disjoncteur dans la douche,ce qui représente un danger mortel pour l'utilisateur, raison pour laquelle on a pas voulu prendre de risques.
