Pros:

nice generous and modern apartment right in the center of leblon; very convenient for beach, shops and metro near by; i found leblon a bit charmless but that is a personal taste. apartment spotless clean, with daily cleaning service and maintenance! building is nice, swimming pool and gym; mixed crowd of tourists and older leblon residents ( the type 👴🏼👵🏼 that ask u to take the service lift when u have a cabin trolley 🫣😬… thats leblon! 🤣)

Great stay in a nice area of Rio
Pros:

Modern flat in a nice area of Rio, very close to the beach as well as the metro and tons of restaurants in the neighbourhood. The gym and the swimming pool have an incredible view and there is daily cleaning.

Cons:

Just some very minor things - the elevators are incredibly slow, so I ended up just taking the stairs most times. The toilet also made some strange noises when flushing it, but this might just be some temporary issue. Using the washing machine was also a bit of a tedious process, but I managed to work it out in the end. All in all, I highly recommend this apartment!
