Pros:

Отель удобно расположен, в центре города, рядом с автовокзалом.

Cons:

Отсутствие горячей воды в раковинах на кухне и в туалете. Очень крутая лестница на 3 этаж. Отсутствовал контакт с персоналом. Очень формальный подход в организации проживания.

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum von Demre. Die Zimmer sind sauber und verfügen über Klimaanlage und Internetzugang. Der Besitzer ist erfahren und hilfsbereit. Unser Urlaub verlief reibungslos.

Cons:

Vom Hotel bis zum Meer sind es etwa 30 Gehminuten, aber mit dem Auto ist das kein Problem. Wenn Sie auf den Markt gehen, fragen Sie unbedingt nach den Preisen der Produkte und rechnen Sie nach..

All in all, it was really nice. Just a few inconveniences.
Pros:

The room was very clean and comfortable, the host friendly and helpful. In the same building, there is a nice cafe run by the host. The location is very good - just opposite the coach station. It's a 30 min walk to the beach and, in the opposite direction, to the ancient Myra. St. Nicolas's church (the museum) is just round the corner.

Cons:

According to the description, there should have been a washing machine, but it wasn't there.
Hot water was only in the shower. It was a little inconvenient to wash dishes and clothes without hot water. However, I suppose in the summer that's not a problem.
Unfortunately, the internet connection was poor.

Clean and big apartment with everything you need.
Pros:

Very nice apartment, clean, tidy and has all the things you need: washing machine for clothes, working smart TV, shampoo, laundry detergent, toilet paper, kitchen is also very well equiped, very big fridge, a free public parking space in front of the apartment (I always had a free space). Also the market is very close (2min walk). The host is very kind.

Cons:

Host doesn't speak any English, but nevertheless we communicated without any problem when we needed something.

Our stay was exceptional, with outstanding amenities and a friendly host.
Pros:

Everything was excellent, even better than the pictures! The apartment had all the necessary kitchenware (brand new), a coffee machine, a kettle, and we even received new slippers in our size.

The host was very friendly.

Fantastic Place to stay.
Pros:

It is a very clean property. Very large bedroom, comfortable sofa and dinning table in the living room. There are two chairs and table in the balcony.
There are sufficient tools in the kitchen for your daily use.
This property is in the city centre. Many restaurants and cafe’s in surrounding areas. If you need ATM many and if you want to exchange any currency all major banks with in walking distance. I will be back to Demre in October.
Host, Hacı Bey is very helpful, if you have any questions or concerns he is there to assist you.
I highly recommend this property.

Cosy apartment
Pros:

Good apartment in the city of Demre. Nice host, but water was not super hot. Internet is normal in the kitchen but bad in the bed room. If you don't need it for work should be fine

Exceptional
Pros:

Very nice flat. No problem with wifi and hot water. Fully equipped kitchen. City center location. Restaurants and supermarkets in 3 min.

Be aware that building has no lift.

Beautiful centric apartment
Pros:

This apartment is absolutely gorgeous: super nicely decorated, spacious, clean with all the little things one might need. Super recommend it.

Cons:

The access is only by stairs, a bit annoying to go up with heavy luggage but nothing you can't cope with.
