Un très bon séjour dans un emplacement vraiment top au cœur d’Ipanema.
Pros:

Super emplacement à Ipanema. Entre plages et activités !

Cons:

L’endroit et les équipements sont supers. Il manque juste un espace laverie pour gérer son linge.

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente a una cuadra de la playa, pero también nos gustó que tiene una alta variedad gatronómica sino tienen ganas de cocinar, junto con lugares comerciales para compras o recreación. Adicionalmente si les gusta caminar también tienen varios ferias para visitar. Los autos de aplicación funcionan perfectamente y se pueden trasladar sin problemas a otras playas o centros comerciales.

Cons:

El departamento estaba preparado para cocinar, con muy buenos electródomesticos, cocina, microondas y horno electríco pero algunos de los utencillos no estaban tan aptos para cocinar (cuchillas, cuchillos, espátulas, etc) y nos hubiese gustado que tenga lavarropas, obviamente estos detalles no opocan la ubicación, y las instalaciones que estaban en excelentes condiciones.

Fantastisch appartement in Ipanema, vlakbij het strand en fijne restaurantjes
Pros:

Centraal gelegen in Ipanema, op 2 minuten lopen van het strand, een heerlijk appartement voor ons vieren, met 2 ruime slaapkamers, 2 badkamers en een balkon, receptie zeer vriendelijk en 24/7 beschikbaar, dicht bij de metro, perfecte plek om rio te verkennen en om te hardlopen langs het Ipanema strand en de Copacabana.

Great Apartment for short or long term stay

Pictures don’t do apartment justice, even nicer in real life

Cons:

Owner needs to learn how to communicate better with his customers. Left messages read and unanswered for 3+ days regarding security deposit reimbursement, understandably causing us to communicate with Booking’s customer support team (as he requires that to be paid separate from the Booking procedure) He then proceeded to call us “annoying” for doing so.

Despite his poor communication skills, I would highly recommend staying in his apartment.

Comfortable and safe apartment in a great location.
Pros:

Clean, tidy and well-equipped. Great size for 3-4 people. Great location, walkable to many shops and restaurants, but on a quiet and safe street. Staff was all very friendly and we felt safe with the 24-hour front desk and security.

Cons:

The blow dryer was very old and required an outlet converter (non-Brasil plug). Thankfully we had one as we were visiting from the States, but most visitors may not have one and therefore would not be able to use it. Also, the plug for the iron was outdated and we were unable to use it as the outlets in the apartment were the updated ones.
