The accommodation is generally okay, but unfortunately it does not fully match the photos. The furniture is quite old, and overall the place looks worn and in need of some renovation. Cleanliness could also be better — there was mold in the bathroom.
Another issue is the very poor sound insulation. The windows are thin, and you can hear almost everything happening outside or inside the building.
One more big downside is that the room is located directly above the reception. On the last night of our stay it was very noisy there until about 3 a.m. Some guests came to visit the staff, and they were talking loudly, laughing, and having a very animated discussion. Because of this, we could not fall asleep until around 3 a.m.
The biggest advantage of this accommodation is the included breakfast. Breakfast is served in a neighboring hotel, in the restaurant next door. It was really excellent — very tasty, filling, and with a wide variety of food. This is probably the main positive aspect of the stay.
The property was within walking distance of many attractions. My wife and I enjoy walking and exploring different cities.
The management office sits below the apt. Sometimes it gets loud at night, as voices carry over. The walls are thin. You can hear cars driving by at night.
Its perfect location but from the metro station to hotel location in down hill 7,8 minutes walking distance. But if use another road it will be but.when you go up it will be little presure due to up hill.Breastbast good. Everything nearly

Perfect location for what we wanted. Room was big. Easy to get to and from for the locations that was required by us. Great value for money.

I don't understand how this hotel got such high ratings. The soundproofing is nonexistent, the walls are like cardboard, you can hear even the quietest conversation. The room is old, everything is ancient and worn out. At 7 a.m. next morning, the receptionist's guy alarm went off on his phone. He didn't hear it, sleeping soundly on the couch. I had to go down and wake him up to turn it off. But after that, the alarm went off three more times. We were shocked by this treatment. And it wasn't a hotel room, it was just the room next to the reception area. We left hotel next day (but we paid for 4 nights), without any solution or compensation.
It is a good place to stay and very centrally located. Shah was awesome and was very accomodating. Breakfast was good. Only problem is that room straight above reception and get alot of noise from there. Also bed could be better.
Altogether a good stay. Would not mind staying there again.

Mic dejun, excelent, mai mult decat suficient si usor diversificat, de la o zi la alta. Gazda de ajutor prompta si atenta la nevoile noastre. Amplasarea fiind in centrul vechi, a fost un avantaj, deoarece ajungi repede la punctele turistice...
Nu a fost nimic, care sa nu fie pe placul nostru. Totul a fost asa cum ne-am asteptat...adica BINE

En general tot molt correcte però podria millorar amb alguna petita reparació de manteniment al lavabo.

Patika skaista vēsturiska ēka un numurs, kas tika izkopts katru otro dienu un nomainīta gultas veļa. Ka perfekti strādāja visas lampas un TV. Ļoti labs ūdens spiediens dušā. Ļoti ērtas guļvietas. Bija ļoti jauki, ka var pasēdēt terasē. Mums uztaisīja brokastu pakas, kad izbraucām uz Prinču salām ļoti agri. Jāpatur prāta, ka kā jau visās vesturiskās ēkas, nokļušana uz istabu nav īsti piemērota cilvēkiem ar kustību traucējumiem.
Prasās remonts. It īpaši tualetes/ WC durvis, kas "atsprāga" katru reizi, kad vajadzēja tas aiztaisīt. Brokastis tradicionālas, bet vienmuļas.
Понравилось абсолютно всё, отдыхали здесь второй раз. Очень удобное расположение отеля, приветливый персонал, симпатичный номер, работающая сантехника. Чисто, номер убирали, меняли постель и полотенца. Отдельно хочется отметить завтрак. Его подают в ресторане, который находится на той же улице, что и отель. Все на высоте. Вкусно, сытно, красиво. По соотношению "цена - качество" 10 из 10.
La stanza era ampia e deliziosa. Emir è stato gentile e disponibile. Ottima colazione. L'hotel è vicino alle principali attrazioni del quartiere.
