locatie aan rand van Riva, dus fietsen naar strand. Maar dat is duidelijk van tevoren, dus niet erg.
Accommodatie zeer goed en van alles voorzien, garage beschikbaar en fietsenkluis.
Info map en waterkoker niet aanwezig. Jammer dat je telkens door de garage naar het trappenhuis moet.
Posizione buona, ottima struttura, puliti, ordinati, serietà e cordialità. Nulla da rimproverare/aggiungere.
Nulla da ridire, se proprio devo, manca la TV in camera, ma sappiamo che non è indispensabile, c'è nel soggiorno e aggiungerei una presa di corrente vicino al tavolo in soggiorno per alimentare il Computer.
Piaciuto tutto siamo stati molto bene l'unica cosa che posso dire è consigliarlo a tutti !

Schönes Appartment mit guter Raumaufteilung.
Leider wurde bei unserem Aufenthalt die Wohnung neben uns renoviert und der Baulärm war am Vormittag ziemlich nervig.
Die Lage war super
Die Klimaanlage war 4 Tagen kaputt bei 35 Grad!!!!!!!

WLAN funktionierte teilweise gar nicht.
The apartment has a very functional structure, very comfortable for a family up to 4, fully furnished large parking space, the pool and the garden around are not big, but perfectly designed for provide a fully relaxing experience.

Spacious, modern apartment (No.203) with 2 balconies front and back. The back one had amazing views of the mountains. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The pool was a great add on, a bit fresh on the first day but it heated up quickly. Apartment was well kitted out, even had a few dishwasher tabs and washing up liquid. Filter coffee machine included.
Only 15mins walk to the Coop and 20 mins to the lake, 30 mins to Riva centrum. We hired the bikes from the hotel, which were really handy to get around with.
Staff were really friendly and helpful.
Cars can be parked in the garage, would recommend reversing in from the top, as it’s a bit tight.
Washing machine available downstairs and the lift was handy for carrying luggage upstairs.
Can thoroughly recommend this apartment, we will definitely return.
Nothing. Only recommendation would be a few more water, wine and beer glasses and little shot glasses for the limoncello! :) and maybe an espresso maker
The host is more than wonderful, kind, with high morals, and a courteous speaker who helps you and responds quickly. The property has a beautiful location, close to tourist attractions, and is clean. There is a private garage to park the car. I highly recommend it.
The location is great. The apartment was clean with new furniture. The pool was cold so we couldn't enjoy it unfortunately but it was nice to seat at the main hall infront of the pool for coffee.
The laundry machine and dryer was good.
