Great location and amenities, but the unit could have been cleaned more thoroughly before arrival.

The location was excellent. The property is gated, which made us feel safe and provided a sense of privacy. It is conveniently located next to a gas station and Walmart, and the beach is directly across the street from the store. The pools were also very nice, clean, and well-maintained. The main issue was the cleanliness of the unit upon arrival. We noticed a rather large what appeared to be a coffee spill and other stains on the kitchen floor, paper towels left behind, and a sticky residue on one of the dressers. While these issues were not severe enough for us to contact housekeeping, the apartment was not cleaned to the standard we expected. Considering the cleaning fee and the detailed checkout requirements, we felt the cleanliness should have been better.

We enjoyed our stay and we would definitely return again in the future.

Location and cleanliness of the place. Very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. You even had my husband's favorite coffee pods in the coffee jar. We had a a very relaxing stay.

Cons:

Not a whole lot. Just a couple of things. The TV in the living room was difficult to work with. Then, we left to go to Walmart and when we came back, the gate code would not work, which was a little frustrating, but we addressed it and it was fixed the next day. Other than that, our stay was awesome.

Paid 40$ for each of our bikes to park in front of our room, couldn't change the channel on TV in living room, killed 3 black bugs in the bathroom, deck light didn't work, bad pothole in exit drive, repairs were being made so we weren't able to sleep in after a hard day of riding to Galveston or the next day.

Great location!!! The condo was nice, the pools were great, and the property manager was responsive with my two questions. The main bed was very comfy, the kitchen and bathroom are roomy and had what we needed.

Cons:

The pull out couch has seen better days, the mattress is dipped in the middle and the whole bed is very squeaky with every movement. We also never got sheets for this bed so we improvised with a twin flat sheet and some blankets! Also, the dryer took about 3 hours to get one small load of laundry dry.
