Disappointing stay and misleading advertising by he property
Pros:

Very good location, central with good connectivity. Staff were helpful.

Cons:

When we made the booking the premium plus room was advertised as 650 square feet while the premium room was 450 sq feet. We booked a premium plus room but were given a room that was 450 sq ft. When I asked the manager, he said they have 2 types of premium plus rooms - one configured as 650 sq ft and one as 450 sq ft. This was duplicitous advertising by the property as we paid a premium plus rate but got a premium room in terms of size.
The WiFi was terrible... it only worked near the door entering the room. It didn't work if you moved 2 feet away from the door.

Good to stay away from centre but with connectivity
Pros:

Same breakfast was provided for consecutive two days stayed.Lack of spacious restaurant is a draw back ,that available at the side of front office is a congested one. The absence of shear curtains in windows facing other multi storeyed apartment complex is a concern affecting privacy.

Cons:

It seems they have some restaurant area other than the one now used ,but not seen open to customers. Breakfast can improve

Smokey but Beautiful Stay
Pros:

Every apartment that I stayed in was beautifully decorated with great lighting. All amenities worked. Staff was very helpful and professional. The breakfast is delicious. Great views from the fourth floor. There were enough towels.

Cons:

I moved rooms 3 times because of other guests smoking and vaping inside. The air inside is unbreathable because of the smoke and no way to open windows to air out the space. They smoked all day and night. I was sick and go not sleep because of this. I checked out early because of it. I would not recommend this place for people with small children because of indoor air pollution.

The convenience, the staff, location, the space.

Cons:

Wifi did not work. Thats the only problem. I've stayed here before and I have always got WiFi. But this time even though they tried hard, it didn't work. Otherwise all good.

Could Be an 8 with Some Changes
Pros:

Location is walkable and 10 minutes drive to the Trivandrum museum park. It had great views from the 5th floor. The room was spacious. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was courteous.

Cons:

Door men circling me for tips because I'm a foreigner. It felt very uncomfortable. The walls in my room were bulging from moisture. The floor was in need of mopping. The room needed dusting. The wet areas needed attention for mold. They need to attend to maintenance to prevent moisture and clean mold better in the bathroom.

Jeg opplevde at en vakt og to andre gjester låste seg inn på rommet mitt mens jeg kledde på meg. De beklaget og lukket døra, men det var veldig ugreit.

Breakfast was very good and the location was also easy for commuting around tvm.

Cons:

In room facilities very below average. Most of the toilet fittings very loose or not working. Living room furniture requires urgent refurbishment. Covers were torn off the cushions
