The bathroom sink had a broken drain; The lady at the reception was unaware of the situation although someone brought and placed a basin under the sink to prevent water from dripping onto your feet.

Stay away! Do not recommend!
Pros:

Location (near metro station), quiet and nice neighborhood, comfortable room size, clean and comfortable beds and decor.

I definitely don't recommend it!!!
The room was just dirty. I'm attaching photos. The refrigerator was filled with mold. The curtains, although white, were gray from dirt. The bathroom was unwashed. The room was very damp. It has potential because it's nicely decorated and versatile. It just needs a good clean. I'm surprised this property has such good reviews on Booking.com. This is the first time for me where opinions on booking.com didn't match with reality.

Central location. Ok for a short overnight stay
Pros:

We arrived late at night, but they have a 24h reception, so it’s great for a short overnight stay.
It is also close to the bus and train station if you need to get to that the next day.

Cons:

The room was fairly simple and could use a deep cleaning. The bed sheets were clean but older and the mattresses too soft, pillows too thick.
Overall completely ok for one night, but a bit pricey for the level of comfort.

Pros:

Clean, comfortable, and well-maintained accommodation. There is a secure parking area just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, monitored 24/7. Excellent value for money and a great option for a short stay

Cons:

This is not a major complaint, but the reception area and the entrance to the property were completely dark when we arrived. We had informed the property in advance that we would be arriving around 10 PM, so at first we were unsure whether we were at the correct address or if anyone was there to assist us.
After calling the phone number displayed at the entrance, an elderly lady came to help us immediately. It turned out that she was resting at the reception area, but because everything was dark, we had no way of knowing that someone was present. She also explained that the entrance door was actually open.
While this was resolved quickly, the lack of lighting may be uncomfortable for guests arriving late at night, especially in an unfamiliar area. On the positive side, the Wi-Fi password was clearly displayed near the entrance, which made it easy to connect and make the call when needed. Overall, the issue was minor, but better lighting at the entrance and reception would make late arrivals much more reassuring

Pros:

Fijne locatie voor met een auto en vliegveld. Ook nog steeds redelijk dicht bij het centrum. Het was een ruime kamer.
