Acceptable for a short stay in Sofia
Pros:

Location is specially suitable for those who are traveling by train as the station is not far away. City center can be reached on foot in around 25 minutes. All rooms are on the ground floor which is a big bonus if you are traveling with heavy luggage or have mobility issues. There is a small supermarket in the same block of houses.

Cons:

Parking lot is around 200 m away from the hotel. Very few kitchen vessels and utensils available. Armchairs don't match the overall style of the room and are dirty. Across the street there is a bar with very loud music, singing and shouting of the clients till late, so if you want to get some sleep ask for the room that looks towards the back yard of the building.

Pros:

Localização: a três quadras do metrô que está Amã uma quadra do ponto principal da cidade, serdica. Ótima recepção. Estacionamento próximo conveniado ao apart hotel. Mini cozinha.

Appartamento vicino al centro
Pros:

La posizione è abbastanza vicina al centro città ed è servita con un bus di linea. L'appartamento era abbastanza grande e aveva l'aria condizionata che funzionava bene

Cons:

La pulizia della stanza va decisamente migliorata. Il congelatore del frigorifero era sporco. Mancava la tenda della doccia. Ci è stato fornito un solo rotolo di carta igienica per 2 gg (2 persone). I materassi erano molto scomodi

Budget, conviniently located, but not clean enough

The apartment is near the metro station, 24/7 reception

Cons:

Bathroom facilities were poor, toilet has not fresh smell, no shower curtain and therefore a lot of water on the floor. Not convenient (not flat) bed

Aproape de centru. 20 min de mers pe jos
Magazine gen alimentara aproape. Cafea la 50m dupa colt. 60 centi espreso, 2 euro late.

Cons:

Asigura parcare, dar este la 200 m aprox. distanta de cazare. Au ceva scule de bucatarie, dar nu au cafea. Fierbatorul de apa nu mergea.

Cons:

Номера которые выходят на проезжую часть очень шумные, окна выходят на мусорные контейнеры, в номере очень сильно воняло сыростью, дышать не было чем, посуды нет, чайник сломан. Второй раз там не остановимся, ужасно. Цена и качество не совпадают. Персонал был приятным, больше ничего хорошего.

1) Рядом с центром города, в пешей доступности;
2) Очень неплохое соотношение цена-качество;
3) В номере индукционная плита, микроволновка, кондиционер, столовые принадлежности;

Cons:

1) В душевой нет дверцы, вся вода льётся повсюду;
2) Есть моменты "усталости" интерьера, где-то краска облупилась;
3) Окна выходят на неухоженную парковку.
