We booked this the day we arrived in Cervinia because our other place we booked fell through. The host is local and was very helpful when we needed to check in that the evening. He even drove all of our bags and skis to the condo! Great location, walking distance to ski lifts and restaurants.
We booked this at the last minute and it took awhile before the host got back to us, however when he did he was very helpful and friendly
We stayed there for a week for skiing. It is a great location place as is just 5 mins from ski lift and just 2 mins from different renting services. It is in the center of the city, a lot of shops, restaurants, distractions there, and the value we payed for the apartment - is great one. As well liked that there is a free parking at the entrance to the city and we have nearly 8 mins to it walking from the apartment.
The beds, furniture, plumbing is old and not very clean. They promised that in the middle of our stay will change our towels and bed sheets, but nobody did it.
We dide the breakfast by ourselves. Kitchen was good equiped, rooms are quiet. We missed more lights.
It was quite cold in the room when we came, it took 3 days to get warmer.
The location was very good. On a calm side street and only 50 m from the main street, it took ca 5 min to walk to the ski lift Cretaz. Nice and friendly landlord.
The bed was very hard compared to what I am used to. No washing machine but I don't recall it was stated either.
No wine glasses (in Italy!) but I got 4 after asking. Nothing left behind of spices, detergent, plastic bags, kitchen paper etc from earlier guests. Very limited kitchen utensils but we manage to cook 4 great dinners for 4 pax.
