Pros:

Відпочивали 2 тижні і ось враження про перебування:
1. Надзвичайний персонал: всі проблеми вирішуватися моментально, завжди привітні.
2. На кухні є все необхідне (навіть кавоварка). У номері гарне освітлення.
3. Вода була завжди. В душі була гаряча вода.
4. Рушники, постіль міняли за потреби.
5. Є можливість купити питну воду прямо у готелі.
6. Нас рано заселили, за це окрема подяка!
7. Є басейн (взимку не працює).
8. Поряд є дитячий майданчик, кафе та супермаркети.
9. Досить зручні ліжка.
10. Номери трохи втомлені, але дуже функціональні і за свою ціно 100% топ!
11. Багато місця для зберігання речей.
12. Гарний холодильник з морозильною камерою.
13. Є індукційна плита, кавоварка, мікрохвильова піч.
14. У номері два кондиціонери, що дуже важливо взимку.
15. Чудовий швидкий інтернет.
16. Є ліфт, працював весь час.
Загалом враження від відпочинку дуже приємні!

Pros:

Отличное местоположение. Вполне удовлетворительные условия. Отзывчивый персонал. Апартотель пригоден для длительного проживания. Надеюсь вернуться сюда в будущем, прячась от снега и холода северной зимы.

Cons:

Апартаменты заметно обветшали. Однако, невысокая цена проживания вполне это компенсирует. Во всяком случае, ко всем особенностям и мелким недостаткам можно адаптироваться легко и быстро .

Pros:

The staff were all very helpful and friendly.
They had someone at front desk 24/7
And immediately took care of any concerns.
The room has a balcony and full living space.
Everything was clean and maintained.
The rooms are spacious and the price was very reasonable. It is only about a 25 min walk to the harbour. The area was safe with lots of shopping and great restaurants close by

Завтраками не пользовались, готовили сами.
Расположение отличное, море в 5 минутах ходьбы, магазины и рестораны в пешей доступности

Cons:

Освежить ремонт, и входная дверь не внушала доверия, на 2 ой день сломался душ , вечером сообщили на ресепшен, на следующий день было сделано! Мы остались довольны

Overall l will visit again.
Pros:

Close to Cleopatra beach, cafes. Nice old area. Feels like a home away from home. Good stuff. Nice view from balcony, washing machine. Pool area and lounge area are benefit. Free Wifi.

Cons:

Option for breakfast would be good. A bit of remodeling in bathroom area. I dont have any bad things to say. Good apartment with travelling family.

Lokalizacja i cena.

Cons:

Czystość, a raczej bród. Wszystko się kleiło o obrzydzenie brało czegokolwiek dotknąć, żeby chociaż były środki czystości żeby można było sobie podłogę przejechać albo naczynia zmyć. W pokoju był grzyb, klimatyzacja również zagrzybiona. Wiele rzeczy się dosłownie sypało(stolik w kuchni).
Pokój był opcją dla trzech osób a były dwa łóżka i dwie nierozkładane kanapy na których mógłby spać smerf ale nie człowiek powyżej 170cm

Pros:

Die Lage war super. Ung. 6 Minuten zu Fuss bis zum Strand. Ruhige Straße. Schöner Spielplatz direkt am Hotel.

Cons:

Sehr schmutzig. Viele Dinge im Zimmer waren dreckig. Vor allem in der Küche. Die Klospülung war kaputt. Das Personal war wenig interessiert und bemüht um solche Probleme zu lösen.
Das Zimmer war auch sehr verraucht. Es stank nach Zigarette. Die Küche war auch sehr spärlich ausgestattet und einige Utensilien waren sehr dreckig.

Один из лучших аппаратов Алании. Мне понравилось абсолютного всё. Большая благодарность администрации отеля, что дали мне номер который я просила при бронировании на 5 этаже с видом на басейн. Этот номер на фото в Букинге , он действительно лучший в отеле. Меня поразила чистота в аппарате, такое впечатление что я жила в квартире. Новые диваны и кресло, а кухня и посуда была идеально чистой, как дома. Качественные кухонные принадлежности , есть всё что бы готовить еду и очень хороший холодильник. В ванной всегда есть горячая вода, постель и полотенца белоснежные, удобные коровами и матрас, а косметический столик в спальне вообще великолепный. Мне нравилось проводить время на простором балконе с видом на крепость и подъёмник, кондиционеры тоже хорошо прогревали комнаты. Рядом два супермаркета Бим и А-101. Особая благодарность парням на ресепшен за отзывчивость, кстати , они говорят на английском. Аппарат шикарный и я обязательно вернусь. Спасибо за комфортное проживание в вашем аппарате. Вы лучшие!

Comfortable, convenient, and great value—would definitely stay again.
Pros:

We felt right at home here. The kitchen had all the basics, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and getting to the beach was quick. Parking was never an issue, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Would happily stay here again.

Prisvärt boende i bra läge! Snäll personalen
Pros:

Bra område. De hade inga frukost erbjuda oss vi lagat själv. Köks utrustningen fattades på olika saker så vi köpte själva.Städningen var toppen! Tvättmaskin funkade bra oxå.

Cons:

Det luktat toa avloppet.
Ingen varm vatten i köket att diska med.
Kunde duscha med varm vatten.
