There really wasn’t much to like.
I strongly suggest looking through all of the reviews before you stay here. As soon as we walked in, we noticed how hot and muggy it was… One of the windows in the living room is broken. The top fall down. I’ve seen that it has smashed some peoples fingers. Luckily, it did not smash mine. I was able to eventually push it back up and get it to stay in place, but my daughter had to help me. The window is really heavy. I let the concierge know but they never did come back to help fix it. I messaged the owner and they did not respond until 11 o’clock that night and they said if it was still a problem, they would send someone the next day. We ended up leaving the next morning, a whole day early. We paid for two nights, but I only stayed for one. It was very uncomfortable… The second terrible thing was the air fresheners that they put on top of the AC unit. They had four air fresheners on top of the AC unit and it stunk so bad. The smell was burned into my nostrils Until I got home the next day. It gave me a really bad headache too all of the doors in the apartment, scrape the floors when you open and close them… There were no cups. We didn’t even end up using the kitchen or the shower. Nothing looks clean… There was glitter all over the bed… I do not recommend staying here.
Had a kitchen.
Nearly broke finger when window slammed on hand. Top pan slammed as soon as lock was opened causing finger to be clipped
The location is walking distance from tons of attractions (prime area in the heart of the city), cleanliness, VIEWS from every window, and quality of the stay was lovely. Very quiet in the unit (no neighbor noise) and there was plenty of space and bedding replacements. I love the laundry facility onsite and it’s very affordable $1.50 to wash and the same price to dry.
Parking. Parking. Parking.
It is very close to everything and the apartment is nice inside with wonderful front desk concierge and close to elevator, making it easy for 3 little kids and the single mom for spring break!
The vacuum was broken and needed a pan for the broom to clean up crumbs.
The second we walked in the door it was very hot so my girlfriend went to open a window and the metal frame came slamming down on her thumb. She bled and got a bruise on her thumb and it derailed our first day in Atlanta. The host was quick to come with two handymen who were able to get the window back up after completely taking it off, but completely disregarded my girlfriend who was sitting right there and didn’t say a word to her. I informed booking and they were only able to give me like $15 because the host ignored both my messages and bookings emails and messages.
It got worse after my booking ended as he continuously blocked 3 phone numbers I called from trying to get in contact with him and right after this happened I called booking and they told me he tried to charge me hundreds of dollars for damage I caused to the space which is preposterous and extremely petty.
At least one other person had mentioned the faulty windows and the host did nothing about them leading up to this and that’s evident from the photo I took as well showing the metal frame very bent.
It’s unfortunate and doesn’t make sense that Booking wasn’t able to compensate my girlfriend and I whatsoever due to the host’s unwillingness to cooperate, and honestly why would he? He can just stay silent and ignore the situation and it will all just go away.
In all honesty the overall location and size of space was nice but it’s a huge risk should anything go wrong you’re out of luck. And after reading this please don’t give this rude man any of your money
Location was perfect. Spot on right on downtown, close to major attractions like the Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, Civil Rights Museum, CNN, Mercedes Benz stadium and MARTA stations to get from and to the airport or any other transport system accesible location. View from the bedroom was suberb, right in front of Truist tower and towards mitdown. Appliances and kitchen elements were clean in most cases (some dirty pans or very old and burnt). AC worked fine. Fridge worked fine. Wi-Fi easy and fast enough. Beds were comfortable. Concierge were all nice and always helpful.
This is not something bad from the property, but rather an important awareness to have prior to booking. If you´re renting a car (very common in ATL), be aware that there is NO parking lot on the building. This means you´ll need to pay parking on the options nearby (AAA, Metropolis) and that can add up to an extra $30-35 per night, making this option less competitive to a standard hotel far away, but with parking included. Just be mindful of this if you prioritize cost over location.
Beds are on wheels, this can be uncomfortable when sleeping with couples or doing other things. Scent used to fragance the apartment was very pungent, but this can be a subjective appreciation and some others might not dislike it.
Bathroom door touches the ground and makes noise or either doesn´t close. You need to lift it a little bit in order to open or close it properly.
As in every downtown area from every major city, it can be sketchy at night because of homeless and suspicious looking people, be aware of this prior to reserving.
Great location, walking distance to the Mercedes Benz stadium. We had a great time watching Ohio State win the national championship.
The location is very convenient to get to places like the aquarium, the coca-cola museum, etc. It's also close to the metro, so you can also go other places relatively easily. The apartment is spacious for a one bedroom, it was clean and easy to access.
There were no glasses in the property. When I asked for them I was told that they "did not provide them". I don't understand why a host would provide dishes, cutlery, mugs, but no glasses. Makes no sense to me.
The area is a little bit sketchy, and I wish they could provide parking, because all the parking lots looked unsafe (though nothing happened fortunately).
Love the location and the building! The apartment is so clean and furnished so nicely!
It was a bit warm during Outlook stay so we opened the windows, but when the temp.dropped, we couldn't get them closed again. They are old and don't work correctly. They likely need replaced.
Unclean Condition of Unit 9E at Peachtree Towers
Hello,
We have just arrived at unit 9E at Peachtree Towers after a long trip, and unfortunately, we found it in an unacceptable condition. The unit is completely uncleaned: the beds are unmade, the bathroom is dirty (with towels scattered on the floor and the toilet unflushed), and there is trash in the trash cans. It’s not comfortable at all to spend the night here.
I spoke with the host, who was very nice, but his suggested solutions are not good enough. He mentioned getting the cleaning fee refunded, which we at least expect, but instead of transferring us to a clean unit, he asked us to look for bed sheets and towels ourselves (which we eventually did) and to make the beds. While we can do that, the overall lack of cleanliness—especially in the bathroom—is very disturbing.
Given these circumstances, we are requesting a full refund, as this experience is far from what we expected. I’ve attached photos for your reference.
Thank you for addressing this matter promptly.
Best regards,

The closeness to everything was helpful.
I was unaware that you had to pay for parking in a lot behind the building, it was a little sketch.
Good location in relation to aquarium and centenniel park, comfortable and clean. Reasonably priced.
Host was available via phone to answer questions.
Host didn't provide parking, this was not explained in description. Having never been to this city before, this made the start of our stay stressful.
It was clean and comfy for its price.
The neighborhood is dangerous. There are many homeless people in front of the building. One of them physically and verbally disturbed us with no reason. We were scared to walk around, the people always stare at you and ask for money. Also the iron didn't work. We were attending to a conference and had to attend with unironed shirts. The shower was clogged all the time.
