The room they gave me the keys to, and then claim 3 after was incorrect, was spacious
The rumors went answering any kind of question that I made like if they gave something for breakfast besides coffee, the owner stated that well you have 15,000 restaurants and walking distance. Because I know this man hasn't walked 5 MI from that specific spot I'm sure it doesn't know there are 15,000 restaurants in the area because there's not only restaurants and walking distance in that specific area.
Didn't like that it seems they believed I was relative to elastic girl or read Richards when they started calling at 7:00 a.m. stating that who are you what are you doing that room when in the checking process they made a total illegal thing at least in my country that is copying your actual ID let's say like a social security number here and my debit card, claiming this was the only way they could know who I was instead of waiting for me to give them my passport. So uh-huh now I know that this gaming part of the email is definitely was from there and because the only thing that I was missing was receiving an email from the Texas millionaire saying that they were going through a rough patch and that they needed me to mail them $1k, so they can send me a million dollars. Like I told the police over the phone if I get any identity problems like identity theft or anything like that it was originated in this place that talks really bad about the place and about you that you're sponsoring a place like this knowing that people after booking with them they receive this kind of emails I have never in my life received an email like this.

the only issue we had was placement of the bathroom door...it was in the bedroom so we had to pass through room to get to it

The room was clean. There was no coffee in the room. The hotel did provide some later in the morning near the pool area. My husband and I wake up early, so we had to go a near by coffee shop.
Our stay and parking was safe and secure. It was in walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again. Our balcony view was beautiful; overlooking the pool with beautiful greenery.

We loved our stay at Chateau Orleans! The staff were very kind and friendly. The hotel is conveniently located in the French Quarter, an easy walking distance from Canal and Bourbon St. The courtyard was beautiful and the balcony was a pleasant surprise to our room! Highly recommend.
Quieter than most area but still close to everything. Killer PoBoys is a must. Recommend the shrimp.
The enclosed courtyard is beautiful... palm trees, clean pool, nice chairs to stretch out on... I had a 3rd floor walk-up but being able to open French doors to a balcony overlooking the courtyard was WORTH it.
The lady who checked me in was amazingly friendly. I have zero complaints about this place and no comments that aren't good. I would go again in a heartbeat.

Each apartment has character. The pool is the perfect place to relax, cool off, or take a break. This place is for adults who like autonomy and freedom to do their own thing, can be genuinely friendly, and can handle their drink without being obnoxious. If you're looking for a non-smoking pristine place that caters to your every whim, with 24/7 customer service and daily house keeping, please don't come here and ruin it for the rest of us. This place is an acquired taste, and I loved every minute of it!
