Pros:

Everything was great. The apartment looks exactly like in the photos. Very spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay — everything was perfect and very pleasant.

Great value, clean easy highly recommended!
Pros:

Great location right near a grocery store and beverage shop. Very close to Metro Station at Wilshire and La Brea walking distance to Lacma, republique and many other shops and restaurants. we stayed here with my family, my two young children and my husband and had a lot of space very comfortable. The washer and dryer was a huge plus. Everyone felt very comfortable and it was very easy to get in and out of the apartment the free parking was a nice plus as well. we use the pool and hot tub. Several times was very fun although it was not very hot in LA at the time.

Cons:

I would recommend changing the image in the post because it is not in the exact location of where the apartment is. It was difficult to understand exactly where the location was prior to booking it, but we are very happy with the location in the end.

Lokalizacja ok , pod obiektem lokale handlowe , spokojna okolica . Siłownia dla gości , duże jacuzzi , basen , grille

Cons:

Zamek w drzwiach na balkon wymaga naprawy . Brak pilota do drugiego telewizora.

Overall the stay was great.

The location was great. The parking lot was very close to the elevator.

Great location and lots of space for a large family.
Pros:

Great location, free parking, great view from the balcony, spacious apartment, clean, access to spa and pool.

Cons:

The apartment is showing signs of ware.
Some light switches in the bathroom and bedroom didn’t work. Carpet is stained, walls have marks, floors are scratched up. But for the price we were very happy with our stay.

Cost benefit is fair, but with some issues to be solved
Pros:

Is a nice building, the facilities are good as well as the neighborhood. Close to the walk of fame and safe. The wireless is fine. The garage is safe and the guy that received us in the very first time was fine.

Cons:

The apartment at the 4th floor needs repairs, the fridge is not working well, the kitchen utensils were few and bad quality, there were just 3 glasses available and few forks, knifes and spoons (which we had to ask for more, but the glasses weren’t solved). The bathrooms needs a refurbish and the water flow is under pressure.
The towels available are very small even for my 7yo daughter.
The building has a very complex system to receive online purchase, where not all elevators get to the mailroom and depending on the delivery company the purchases are left not there in the room (since is not easy to find it) and the goods are lost, we lost two purchases and what turned us more down was the attitude of the owners that just said that nothing could be done, instead of asking for the cameras to see who could have stealed our goods..

Très bon emplacement, bien accueilli à l’arrivée par Erick.

Cons:

Appartement pas propre (café moisi dans la cafetière et bol de pâtes dans le micro-ondes, nettoyage complet moyen).
En bas étage donc peu lumineux.
Insonorisation moyenne (on attend la musique et la télé des voisins)
