I enjoyed the access to the balcony and the amenities. The pool was excellent!
The apartment had a lot of dust, which resulted to me sneezing throughout the night. The ceiling had a bit of water damage.
The condo at Palms Place was very comfortable and close to the Strip. The views are great.

Stunning View. Modern. Well Equipped. Everything you need. Great shower. Location close to everything. Friendly people. Comfortable bed. A safe for my computer. Nice compact kitchen. Air conditioner works great! Managed by responsive and friendly people. Many dining options nearby. Getting a Lyft was easy from a reserved location. Security present made me feel secure.
I would be great to have a compact clothes washer/dryer, although a laundromat is a short (hot) walk away.
Nice units in a convenient location. Moderately comfortable beds, but our mattress was pretty worn out and probably needs to be replaced soon. Some street noise but mostly quiet.
We weren’t given a strip view even though that’s what we booked. By the time I realized this, we had already used the towels and unpacked a little, and we were just here for 24 hours to recover from EDC before flying home, so I didn’t have the energy to deal with it. The shower handle that switches between the regular and rain head immediately came off. Seems like nice units in general, but with some deferred maintenance issues.
Beautiful room, excellent resort with an amazing view of the Las Vegas strip.
My stay with my daughter for 5 days was spectacular! Perfect suite with everything we need. It has a luxurious amenities. The view is to die for, My daughter loves it. The staff are very attentive and provided us with smooth stay. I will be staying here again!!! I would recommend this place to anyone! Thank You for everything!

They accomated our early arrival. Very clean, quiet, and centrally located. Amazing view. Luxurious at a budget price. 10/10 would recommend.

Parking was free and great (no need to fight for spots), view was amazing, and it has a lot of good space in the room
No cleaning (we stayed for 5 nights), some of the stuff wasn’t very clean (it has a layer of dust), even had to throw away the trash ourselves, the AC blows to your face directly when sleeping, late check-in fee after 9 pm
