We absolutely loved this room. It was a relaxing stay and a beautiful location. It was really convenient to be able to walk to Walmart from the hotel. I wish we could rent this room out every year but sadly this room is already booked out for the entire summer next year.
The coffee maker needs to be looked at and the kitchen was missing some utensils that would've been helpful for our meals. Also, the carpet next to the couch holds sand like crazy so we couldnt seem to get rid of the sand.
The Room was very clean and had everything we needed. Pool was amazing. Love the beach access and beach. Security was great.
Had to wait way too long on elevator. Parking garage was too small and people would about run over you.
Gute Lage, tolle Aussicht, schöner Pool
Unterkunft war nicht sauber, extrem viel Staub überall, Handtücher lagen in einem versifften Schrank. Nach Reklamation kam die Putzfrau abends noch, und uns wurde eine Rückerstattung für die Unannehmlichkeiten versprochen, die nie kam. Am vorletzten Tag entstand ein riesiger Wasserschaden in einem Appartement oben drüber (Wasser kam aus der Decke etc) weshalb wir überstürzt abgereist sind. Auch dafür wollte man uns entschädigen. Nun 2 Monate und etliche Nachfragen später ist natürlich nichts überwiesen worden. Mir ist klar, dass es nicht die Schuld des Vermieters ist, aber er wird ja sowas wie eine Versicherung haben. Wir hatten schließlich extremen Stress und Mehrkosten durch dieses Problem.

Location during Spring Break
I liked the view.
Mold in ceiling over the shower. Rusted mirror in the bathroom. Then entire furniture was nasty with stains. Bedding was outdated and hard. Pillows had stains on them. Took me a half of day to figure out how to work work the tv.
All the amenities, from the great pool deck, to the on property food located right on the pool deck, the tiki bar was amazing, and not to mention the access to the beach

It was in a good location right on the beach with lots of places to walk to.
They were refinishing the exterior and it was loud and had scaffolding around the pool area. Otherwise it was nice.
Everything except the elevators. I left it so much that I would love to buy a condo there. I'm trying to talk my husband into it.

The elevator does not have air conditioning and is very hot.
They don't rent the room 2005 was dirty, the bathroom smelled bad, everything was old and in poor condition.
