The price is reasonable and the geographical location is good.
Pros:

It is strategically located. There is a fast food restaurant downstairs, a small food court next to it, and a small vegetable market within a 2-3-minute walk.

Cons:

You can add kitchen utensils. There will be a strange smell in the bathroom. Insects need to be killed. There will be big cockroaches and ants.

Cons:

Sảnh lễ tân k có, là 1 toà nhà xây dựng dở dang chưa hoàn thiện, bụi bẩn cũ.
Khi nhận phòng đưa sai phòng, mình ko đồng ý thì nhân viên kêu upgrade lên mất 60k. Mình ok. Đến khi thu tiền thì chủ home gọi kêu 100k. Mình mới thắc mắc tại sao đưa sai phòng rồi h còn nói 2 lời. Bả kêu đưa đúng phòng rồi, mình hỏi đúng ở đâu? Cửa sổ ở đâu? Thì dắt qua phòng khác, và phòng đó chưa đc dọn dẹp từ khách cũ 🙂. Chủ home còn chửi nhau với khách, kdoanh như lừa đảo. Ăn nói mất dạy. Chưa bao h gặp phải home nào tệ như này
