Cons:

The host made me waited for so long even though I've informed the check in time before. The room was noisy and the floor was not clean. But the most annoying thing was when i was lying in bed there was a guy unlocked the door and opened, i was terrified. He immediately closed and left but still I slept all night with worry when i heard any sound outside.
