Pros:

Be aware that this hotel is in an alley of another alley not reachably by cars. I wasn’t aware so lugging luggages from the main street was rough. The neighborhood is nice, lots of expats around so you won’t feel alienated. The property itself is ok but the faucets were old, leaky shower head, one of units the hot water went out after 5 minutes. The positive was that for Hanoi, it was decent size. Dang Thai Mai is a busy street at times with huge container truck sometime going thru and block the whole street. Check in was weird but i guess it works: there is no full time desk staff, they have phone numbers that you can call

The modern design of the studio made it feel like home. The amenities were top-notch, and the location was convenient for exploring Hanoi.

Pros:

Amazing apartment tucked away from all the craziness of Hanoi. Only a short motorbike ride away from the main streets and busy areas. The position of the apartment is superb,the rooftop have amazing lake view.

The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Huoneistot riittävän siistit, paitsi astiat jokseenkin likaiset. Majoitus sijaitsi hämärällä syrjäkujalla, joka ei mukava sijainti iltapimeällä. Kaupat ja ravintolat kävelyetäisyydellä.

Hyggelig lejligheds hotel med en god placering i rolige omgivelser. Placeringen stemmer dog ikke overens med kortet, så det tog lidt tid at finde.

Pros:

Really great place. Good size very cozy for two people. Plus has a kitchen and stuff needed to cook.

Only complaint is wifi is pretty bad, but on the plus side staff is very responsive about taking care of your complaints asap

Pros:

Simply superb, neat and clean room. good location, restaurants and gym are in close proximity. Staff is courteous.

Use Grab for all your food and stuff.

Have booked for family holidays, will be back soon.

Pros:

The location is right next to the West Lake in the center of Hanoi. Staff are extremely friendly and enthusiastic to guide tourists. The house is very clean and modern. The equipment is complete, nothing is missing. Refrigerator, stove, washer dryer, hair dryer. There is also a private terrace and toilet. The first floor has a spacious motorbike parking space. Been back and will be back for more. Room has a spacious double bed. Highly recommend.

The hotel has good service, polite and customer-friendly staff.
The room is beautifully decorated, fully equipped, airy, clean, has a beautiful view, and can watch the sunset. I really like it and look forward to having the opportunity to use the service here again.

Pros:

The apartment was perfect for our first trip to the city! Its a short walk from supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants and bars. It’s also right next to the metro, tram and bus stop so you are minutes away from the heart of Hanoi.
