Great long term or short stay villa with a friendly family & great location
Pros:

The room was very comfortable with a small private balcony, medium-sized fridge, large flatscreenTV (my 1st room had HBO Go but my newer room has nothing?), great a/c, private bathroom with a good supply of hot water. The queen sized bed was also very comfortable (5/10 on a hardness scale). However, I did upgrade to this room after a few nights in an internal room (as one window only opens to the common area).
The floor also offers a communal kitchen area (hot plates, microwave and some basic utensils/pots, etc.
The family operating the villas live on-site and are very friendly and helpful (but translation app is needed) and are a joy to stay with.
The residence has a great location and is very close to several local restaurants, a few WinMarts, and a Bach Hoa Xanh shop, plus a host of bars & coffee shops too (and more).
Oscar Villa is pet friendly (a big plus for me) and can rent bikes or motorbikes, and they also have a laundry service too (30k per kg), which is done onsite.

Cons:

The nearby bars (x2) can be a bit noisy (until midnight), but the noise impact isn't too bad (windows are ok soundproofed).
Only stairs to access the floor levels.

If you need a sign to book…
Pros:

Quiet location about 10 minute walk from Old Town in Hoi An. The owners are so lovely as is their little dog. I would definitely stay here again and think that the price is very affordable. There is also a kitchen area outside the room with a hob and you have your own mini fridge! Free bikes to use too!

Cons:

Nothing I wouldn’t complain about a single thing

Cons:

Otele geldigimizde bize çok dostça davrandılar ama bize verdikleri oda bizim kiraladigimizdan çok kötü ve cok farklıydı. Bunu dile getirdigimizde davranışları hemen değişti ve bağırmaya başladılar. Orada konaklamadık. Moralimiz bozuldu ve oradan ayrıldık.
