Good value but I don’t think I would stay again
Pros:

The location was fantastic. The pool and koi fish pond are amazing. The staff were lovely.

Cons:

The rooms were dated and our room was musty smelling and had a dehumidifier. The bed and pillows were uncomfortably firm and no option to get softer ones. However the balcony was nice over looking the koi pond.

Very friendly staff, great location by the beach
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff; location was great. Very nice breakfast and pool. Very clean room

Cons:

When it’s windy, there seems to be a whistling/rattling sound that came through the balcony door, which was very annoying and didn’t allow me to sleep well. There was nothing I could do about it except get some ear plugs, which helped.

Overall for my staying was okay, but the apartment needs more improvments.

I had a wonderfull stay at K house, staff is awesome!
Pros:

The staff is super friendly and helpfull, I felt welcome and at home. Thanks

Cons:

The bed is a bit too hard and there is a karaoke bar next to the appartment...most of the time it was relatively quite but sometimes it was anoying.

Pros:

L’emplacement et la grandeur de la chambre avec sa « kitchenette » : un évier, 2 bols, une bouilloire, une hôte mais pas de plaque ! Chercher l’erreur !

Cons:

L’accueil un peu fastidieux avec un personnel qui parle à peine anglais
Un des membres du staff dort sur une table

Great stay for two people, 10 out of 10
Pros:

We really liked the hotel. I would have stayed longer, but everything was fully booked.

The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, no joking. Very wide, with a brand-new mattress. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel itself is beautiful. The interior is great. Everything in the room matched the description perfectly, just 10 out of 10. The personal is helpful and kind.


There are fish swimming at the entrance. The beach is very close. There are also spas and cafés nearby.

Will return again. And recommend it
Pros:

The place was very close to the beach and lots of of restaurants
It was very clean and towels changed daily housekeeping daily also
Breakfast was very good and nice variety
The staff was very helpful and friendly
Savanna organised our tour to Bana Hills

Cons:

There is a bit of noise from a new restaurant next door until 11 pm but no fault of the hotel
Otherwise it’s very quiet compared to the other hotels on the main road

A Wonderful Place to stay.
Pros:

The staff are amazing, friendly and helpful and always smiling and welcoming , Even when I arrived in a fluster after having left my phone in the Grab taxi,😞 they calmly helped me get it back.
Service was on point for our entire stay and breakfast was varied and so good it kept you going all day . The room was spacious, the air-con was good and quiet. The bed was a little firm but we still slept well. The aesthetics of the place was perfect , the koi pond and garden were stunning. We will definitely be back. In one word Wonderful.

Pros:

Super toll angelegtes Hotel. Überall sind Pflanzen und der Pool ist einfach traumhaft. Super liebes hilfsbereites Personal. Auch der Eingangsbereich ist einfach toll. Frühstück war auch super. Unser Zimmer war schön groß und man fühlt sich sofort wohl.

Nous avons apprécié : l'accueil, le petit déjeuner en buffet, le meilleur que l'on ait eu depuis notre arrivée au Vietnam.
La chambre est spacieuse et propre
L'hôtel est très bien localisé.
Le personnel est très attentionné.
Un très grand merci à Savannah à l'accueil qui nous a aidé à modifier une réservation à un spectacle pour laquelle nous nous étions trompés de date.

Good Stay
Pros:

Staff where lovely and it was a overnight stop which suited the purpose

Cons:

Misrepresented pricing
The room was discounted from $380 to $60 for a three bed studio
There is no way this is a three hundred and eighty dollar room it’s nice but only nice not luxury
