Nice n sweet
Pros:

I like the kitchen it was my favourate place the shower n beds changing of linens thats cleanes shops are near banks down stairs defenatly i will visit again in 2027 taking 5days also but this time place me on 31 floor pls it makes me feel safe because of the face access gates it was superp thanks alot

Cons:

Seaboard doors mostly i broken cause of water from the shower kitchen unit doors need to be fixed and fumigation need to be done or u put something to protect mosquitoes if u can protevt the shower with glass or plastic door it will be better

Bad experience.
Pros:

I did not sleep well the blankets were smelling there was lots of cocroches and the rooms were durty worse than all there's lots of mosquitoes that bite us the whole 2 nights I was very very disappointed for the fact that I took out my husband for a holiday

Cons:

Nothing the place was a disaster since they lie to us telling us that they will bring the TV remote we even left nothing was brought to us I told them it was couples they gave us single beds both rooms.

LOT OF COCKROACHES AND OUTDATED FURNITURE AND UNPLEASANT SMELL ON THE PASSAGE
Pros:

The Location is next to the beach and very favorable also the staff was very friendly.

Cons:

There are cockroaches everywhere everything is broken and rusty and there is an unpleasant smell on the passages the rooms are not the same as the ones on booking.com i wouldn't recommend to stay here again it's never a good night sleep in this hotel.

Hot Room no 803 without TV. Uncomfortable bed with very small and uncomfortable pillows . Coackroches in the kitchen .No water kettle in the kitchen .No stoppers in sinks.Toilet flushing in not powerful enough.There is a hole in the toilet roof.The bathroom needs to be upgraded to the acceptable standard .

Thandaza ,Anele and Akhona from Bidvest they make us fill at home with their good service.

Cons:

Doors are broken not locking,no lid for bath , cupboard are broken , cockroaches everywhere 😞🪳🦟🪰🕷️,empty promises no TV, no swimming pool 😞😞😞 please inspect the property's before you send your clients.

Pros:

I liked the location and the security is very good you enter the hotel using your face at the camera ,lift were working perfectly and the towels were clean every day

Cons:

I didn't like the kitchen unit it didn't have doors and it's very old and cockroaches everywhere,the bath was not cleaned and with no shower curtain
