The location is a strong advantage of this venue, offering convenience, accessibility, and a pleasant surrounding environment.
Unfortunately, the accommodation appears quite run-down and in need of significant maintenance. Several areas showed visible wear, which affected the overall comfort of the stay

Not having water & some of the staff were rude when we ask for water just to bath, another staff said we must fetch water from the swimming pool that was so hurful, staff wise only 1 lady was nice & friendly, the building outside need some painting, I think the staff need more training in hospitality
I felt comfortable with my family, we enjoy our stay thank you so much
The stove was not working, we were forced to go and buy a stove. We also struggled because there was no morp for cleaning the floor and no swarbs
1 air-conditioning unit worked out of the 2 aircon units.
2 plates of the 4 plate stove worked, 1 worked super hot and the other super slow.
1 pot of the 5 pots and pans actually had a lid handle.
The pans are all scraped and damaged badly.
There was a can opener that did not work.
The freezer was full of ice build up. The units in the kitchen and bathrooms are breaking apart. 2 of the 4 plate stove worked. 1 worked supper hot will the other worked super slow. The oven trays were not clean, had grease on it from God knows when. There was no washing machine as seen in the pictures. Bathrooms needs better lighting. Beds are very uncomfortable.
The can opener did not work.

Could not find the broom or mop for tidying up.

They did not clean tha apartment. We had stayed for 2 nights

Not enough cutlery and crockery for 6 people. When it rains it floods outside the front door
Bedrooms were neat.
Close proximity to wild coast and shops
Mini Tea station and complimentary toiletries were a nice addition
Constructive Criticism - if furniture is upgraded the stay would be recommended. We had a 83 year old who sunk into the couch because it has lost its support.
The bin drawer was broken with no alternative for refuse disposal.

A can of doom would be useful for insects and flies
Couches and dining chairs were dirty and should be deep cleaned.
