I saw red flags after booking and paying the amount as indicated.I contacted the property a lady answered I indicated to her that we will be arriving after 20:00 SHE INFORMED THAT I NEED TO SPEAK TO MOSES HE INDICATES THAT A LATE ARRIVAL FEE WILL BE CHARGED AND IN ADDITION A CASH DEPOSIT OF 750 RANDS WHICH WILL BE REFUNDED BY AN EFT WITHIN 7 DAYS FIRSTLY WHY NOT SHOW THIS UPFRONT AND NOT HIDDEN SOMEWHERE WHERE YOU WILL NOT SPOT IT ON BOOKING.COM YOU PAY VIA CARD AND WILL NOT LIKELY HAVE ANY CASH WHEN ARRIVING AT THE PROPERTY.I WILL BE TAKING THIS UP HELLO PETER AND WITH THE TOURISM BOARD.BOOKING .COM PLEASE REMOVE THIS PROPERTY FROM YOUR SITE AS IT IS TARNISHING THE BRAND I NEED FEEDBACK REGARDING THIS BLATANT EXTORTION
