All it needed to be.
Pros:

Location was actually handier than I had expected with a frequent bus service to the city and especially to UCC/Bon Secours Hospital area which was the reason for my trip. Quite clean and well maintained though I did not make much use of the shared facilities.

Cons:

There were no curtains, so light came in between the wall and the roller blind at all times from the courtyard lighting and the sun rise. The bed was right next to the window so hard to avoid. I would bring an eye mask in future.

There was some hair stuck in the main shower head, and some staining on the floor of the bathroom.

Pros:

Parking. Staff were also helpful in securing parking. Private room. Good en-suite. Kitchen facilities - Lots of fridge space. Towels provided.

Cons:

Cleanliness wasn’t up to scratch.
The common areas - the kitchen wasn’t clean or cleaned on the second day of a two night stay. Kitchen area smells bad. Bins overflowing.
Floors weren’t properly clean.
No bins in the bedrooms. No hooks for towels. Overly priced for a single bed with only the very basic room amenities.

Functional but overpriced. OK for a place to lie down. Needs deep clean; blinds (!) & ventilation
Pros:

The facility was functional. It provided me with a bed and bathroom. I would not have wanted to spend much time there as its very basic. There were a handful of cups in the common room to make a cup of tea, but no teabags (I had my own). For the price I can't see why there was not at least a few clean cups and tea bags.

Cons:

The whole building was exceptionally hot and had little ventilation. The hallways and lift area we stifling and unpleasant. It was a hot day, but this was over the top and there should have been some ventilation and/or air conditioning adjustment. The toilet was dirty when I arrived. Staff came to my room and "cleaned" the toilet again saying it was a rust mark (!). However, there was very little cleaning agent used. The place did not smell clean. The whole bathroom needs a thorough bleach, using generous / appropriate amounts of cleaning agents. The mattress was uncomfortable and the linen is extremely basic. The blind was broken, meaning there was no way to block out the light. Overpriced and very little comfort.

Pros:

The staff were so friendly and accommodating, couldn’t be nicer or more helpful. Especially Latoya at reception, she went out of her way to help.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht gepasst, zu warm im Zimmer, die Türen fallen sehr laut zu

das das Gebäude in dem man untergebracht hat nur mit der zuständigen Karte zugänglich war und nicht jeder x-beliebige rein konnte

Cons:

Dusche war unten dreckig, Toilettensitz war gelb bräunlich

A little on the expensive side and out of town, but a great room for one night
Pros:

The staff were phenomenal, so helpful and friendly every one of them. I even asked for the number for a local taxi company and they had it. The room itself was warm, comfortable and I felt very safe. The room was the perfect size for just me for one night. The bed was also very comfortable. Sound does travel a lot in that building but everyone settled down after a while.

Cons:

The only thing that took me by surprise was the lack of toiletries in the room but I guess it's not a hotel. Maybe I should have read the description better but I was unprepared. I wasn't staying in the room long so I didn't need much but I will know in future. I did not use the kitchen so can't speak about those facilities.
