Night receptionist was very slow and the request was too delayed need to ask the request 3 times minimum to receive it

Will definitely go back to see the improvement
Pros:

The convenience that it gives to us every time we go there

Cons:

It’s just little things but need to pay attention. Like, checking all the tv remote of every room, checking all the utensils you have in every room (e.g. knife, spoon & fork)

But all in all, our stay is all okay. No major problem.
