La única pega que encontré fue, que los televisores no eras smatTV y al viajar con niños, a veces ayuda poder ponerles la tele un ratito! 😆

A great hotel ina prime location.
Pros:

Hotel Smeraldo is situated in a fantastic location, close proximity to many of the popular tourist attractions.
Close to Rome Termini train station.
Quick and simple check in.
Staff welcoming and very friendly .
Family apartment was very spacious, with a separate dining and lounge area.
Well appointed, with modern appliances and a full kitchen.
Aircon worked very well.
Beds were comfortable.
Blockout curtains kept rooms dark.
A lovely hotel in a great location.

Cons:

Street noise. Unfortunately the windows did not provide complete soundproofing.
With the hotel being in a very popular district, street noise could be heard most of the night. Either from tourists walking around in the streets below late at night or from workers collecting bins early in the morning.
If you decide to stay here, I suggest to bring some ear plugs.

Wonderful property. True to pictures. Modern furnishings, excellent water pressure in the shower. Housekeeping attention to details, staff are all warm and friendly, especially the breakfast crew - thank you Manuele for making my perfect coffee every morning. Perfect for our family of 4. Located in a lovely authentic lane, so central, walkable to most places and an uber/taxi is always easily available.

Perfect place to stay in Rome!
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing! The location was perfect: easy walking distance to all of the Rome attractions on our list to visit. Also, there were great places to eat and shop really close to the hotel. But the thing that stood out more than anything about Hotel Smeraldo was the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Nothing. We loved our stay.
