Зручне розташування, паркінг під вікном, наявність кухні та холодильника, заселення ввечері без проблем, чисто.

Cons:

Душова, як часто буває в Болгарії прям на підлозі туалету, але цим нас вже не здивуєш.

Pros:

Був лише одну ніч. Із того, що більш-менш сподобалося — ліжко мало зручний матрац, хоча сама кровать досить низька. Також є парковка, але склалося враження, що нам просто пощастило зайняти єдине вільне місце.

Cons:

Перш за все, це не квартира в класичному розумінні, а переобладнане напівпідвальне приміщення технічного поверху будинку, яке, ймовірно, спочатку не проєктувалося як житлове. Кімнати, зважаючи на вартість проживання, дуже маленькі та тісні.

У приміщенні постійно відчувався запах сигаретного диму, а також неприємний запах каналізації, що створювало дискомфорт протягом усього перебування. Реальний стан житла суттєво відрізняється від враження, яке складається за фотографіями.

Окремо здивував рейтинг об’єкта на Booking — 9.1. Після особистого досвіду проживання він виглядає незрозуміло завищеним. Також звертає на себе увагу велика кількість однотипно позитивних відгуків, зокрема від громадян України, через що виникають сумніви щодо об’єктивності такого рейтингу.

За таку вартість очікував значно кращих умов. На жаль, не можу рекомендувати це житло для комфортного відпочинку.
