Pros:

Все було супер, заселилися після 22:00, власник написав інструкцію, як зайти в помешкання. Оплату залишили на столі при виселенні. Все на довіру. Чисто. Єдиний мінус це запах випраної постілі, дуже різкий аромат кондиціонеру для білизни, так як в мене алергія, то спалося дуже важко.
