Atención al cliente en general poco profesional. Me registre antes de llegar al alojamiento y al llegar tuve que volver a registrarme en recepción. El parking no está bien indicado, ni la cafeteria exterior, la tostadora debes recogerla en recepción, y la que nos dieron no funcionaba, tuvieron que reponerla por otra, el baño se inundó (aunque subieron a tiempo a repararlo). El Wifi funciona regular y la televisión no coge bien los canales. En la cocina no es posible reciclar, sólo hay un cubo.

Estaba limpio y el personal fue amable.

Cons:

Sin embargo, aunque la terraza podía ser agradable, nos dieron la de planta baja y carecía totalmente de privacidad.
La cocina es extremadamente pequeña y ni siquiera tiene una cafetera. Y la habitación es bastante pequeña.

Necesita alguna reforma, es cómodo y limpio pero reformaría sobre todo la mampara del baño y la prieta estaba algo hinchada por agua.

Muy cerca de la playa, con un personal muy amable

Cons:

Decoración y mobiliario muy antiguo, así como las sábanas y mantas.
Alquilamos una cuna y el colchón era más pequeño que la cuna, el bebé se quedaba encajado por los laterales (tuvimos que poner una manta de tope).

Las vistas de la habitación. Y la ubicación del apartamento. La terraza es fantástica.

Cons:

Hay que actualizar un poco los apartamentos. Pintura de gotelé, y muebles correctos pero anticuados.

El hotel en gral estuvo bien, con la excepción de la habitación que nos tocó, más allá de que las peticiones que hicimos con antelación entendemos que no puedan realizarse, las camas eran más que duras, esos colchones necesitan con prioridad ser cambiados. Si el descanso no es prioridad en su visita estoy segura que es muy buena opción ya que el personal muy amable y las instalaciones limpias.

Buenas condiciones pero no en las plantas bajas.
Pros:

El trato del personal y la rapidez y buena predisposición que tuvieron para cambiarnos de habitación a una planta más elevada tras el incidente con los bichos.
La ubicación excelente.

Cons:

En la plata baja en la que nos alojamos encontramos una araña y una cucaracha.
