We felt very comfortable and safe and Claudia the manager was very responsive, helpful and friendly.
Pros:

The property was beautiful and secure. I stayed in a 3 bedroom unit and I loved that there were 3 and a half bathrooms to accommodate 6 adults. The unit had a living and dining area and you could also eat at the kitchen island. There were at least 2 balconies, one leading directly to the pool which was really nice and also lead directly to the beach. The proximity to shopping and restaurants was excellent. Everything was within walking distance or a short drive away.

Cons:

The sheets were a little stained but clean and the lighting could have been brighter.

Pros:

The pool and location of the unit.

Cons:

The condo didn’t have anything extra for cooking. We needed to purchase coffee filters, spices, etc. We couldn’t figure out how to request cleaning if applicable.

Excellent, but some very minor quibbles.
Pros:

Great and sizable 3 section pool for kids, lounging, and swimming. Facility was very well maintained. The accommodations were very roomy with clothes washer & dryer. Very well maintained pool. Extremely clean and no "odd" chlorine odors =).

So many dining options in Jaco. Very festive and very fun local vibe.

Cons:

Oddly, every single bathroom power outlet was non-functional. So you had to stretch the hairdryer from an outlet in the room or blow dry hair in the kitchen. One of the sliding glass doors didn't seem to lock properly, but there was a wood block on all the door to prevent them from being slid open. The master bath window did not lock at all. Fortunately, security at the property is 24hrs, so very little concern there. But it would be nice if the master bath handle got a little basic maintenance so that it could lock properly.

Pros:

We loved the location, the views, the pool, cleanliness, and the staff was very accommodating! Definitely will recommend it to friends and family!

Cons:

No elevator! But it was good exercise!

Pros:

The safe, secured location is right on the beach. This place was clean. This place was close to all amenities.

Cons:

The power went out while we were there during the day. The staff don't speak any English but they are quick to translate with their phones!

Great location!
Pros:

We liked how close the beach is and the beach itself. The washer/dryer was much appreciated as well as the detergent provided. I felt safe there.

Cons:

one toilet didnt work well. The shower head in the master bath didnt work right. There was loud construction starting at 7am. some mornings, the sliding doors to the patio areas were frustrating to open and close.
