Pros:

The location was good, right beside the tram station. Spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

We were 3 and the last person had only cold water in the shower.
WiFi password isn't provided inside the room. We didn't notice it during the check-in and when we got back in was after 8PM, when the hosts aren't available anymore. We did get it the next day when check-in hours started again, so not a huge issue - just would have been nice to have that info inside the room.

Ужасный персонал
Cons:

К сожалению персонал был очень не вежлив , мы оплатили номер и ехали целый день из Германии на поезде в Милан , наш поезд опаздывал и мы заранее написали что возможно опаздаем на 5 минут , на что нам сказали что ждать нас не кто не будет и доступ в номер мы не получим , так же на фото был не тот номер который мы хотели , он был на много меньше и только с одной кровати , вместо двух…

il check-in alle 20 tassativo è un problema, avevo necessità di arrivare per ora di cena e sono stato costretto a organizzarmi con la partenza da roma in anticipo.
Come cosa minore, non c'era il sapone nel dispenser della doccia: non è obbligatorio ci sia la dotazione del sapone, per me, ma se ci mettete un dispenser magari controllatelo (scoprirlo dopo non è piacevole)
