Pros:

The location is very good 10 minutes from Lima station .

Cons:

The shower drain was broken and the water got all over the place in the apartment.
There weren't dustbin bags in the bins and in the kitchen there was only coffee capsules for coffee machine ( no sugar, no teas).
It's a good apartment but not recommended for a second time.

Quiet property, good to sleep in
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay mainly because the bed (mattress and pillows) were comfortable after a heavy day of walking and sightseeing. The location was good - close enough to station but with places to eat nearby and a ~30min walk to centre. The property is quiet and was fine for a 2 day stay.

Cons:

We won’t return due to:
- as many reviews point out, the property needs a refresh (painting walls, repair water damage and skirtboards)
- the shower drain is heavily clogged, having to wait for the water to drain, otherwise you open the door and the water will run out
- the WiFi did not work, even with 2 different ones being provided
- the tv didn’t work, one of the remotes was missing batteries (not that important but why have it there in the first place)
- the sofa is horrible, you sit on it and almost break something as you feel the big springs underneath
Taking all of this into account, we don’t recommend and won’t return as the price does not match the quality.

Curățenia, patul confortabil

Cons:

Faptul ca nu am avut unde sa ne lăsăm bagajul pana la ora 15, ora check in. Check in ul este greoi. Trebuie si poza dupa document, dar si sa completezi încă o data toate datele.

Nice and near the centre .
Pros:

That it was near the Duomo .

Cons:

The building was under construction. You somehow reached a strange basement to the room plus I didn't see any pictures of this apartment, there were others that were nicer.

Alles in einem sehr empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Super Lage sehr zentral U Bahn Station innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen zu Fuß.
Wir haben uns auch sehr sicher gefühlt besonders für Frauen in einem fremden Land ein wichtiger Punkt. Die Türen sind zu und lassen sich ohne Zugangscode nicht öffnen etc.

Cons:

Wir hätten uns gewünscht dass die Anzahl der Handtücher angepasst wird 2 große Handtücher für 2 Personen und 3 Tage ist etwas wenig durchdacht.

This reservarion was first for 2 days - 16-18/2

I paid for that an amount of 330.45€ on 8 February

Than the reservation was modified to include 19/2

The Booking app said that my card was charged so I did not expect otherwise, but on 15/2 night before departure I saw that it has been cancelled on 12/2 by an emaim to my gmail account. Since it was cancelled by you or booking, I quickly made a
new reservation and stayed for the 3 days 16-19/2
I paid that in full on the 15/2 night

I never cancelled my first reservation! I was never informed in the app that it was cancelled. On 15/2 night I only saw that my first reservation has dissapeared.

Joivy sent an email on 12/2 which is many days in advance of my trip

But Joivy or booking never informed me in the app that the stay was cancelled

Nonetheless, I made a new booking and paid in full for the 16-19/2 days in Milan

I paid in full for 16-18/2 stay first on 8 February 330.45€ I did not cancel this reservation, this amount needs to be reimbursed in full

Lovely accomodation but...
Pros:

I liked the location and the close walk to Milano Centrale. Nice looking accomodation.

Cons:

Everything else was good about the accomodation but there was this clicking sound that happened later on in the late evening every night from the fridge. This sound kept waking us up and we couldn't sleep well due to it and we didn't know how to stop it.

Sollten wir wider mal nach Milano reisen ist es fraglich ob wir diese Unterkunft noch einmal berücks
Pros:

Die Lage war gut da diese nicht allzu weite vom Bahnhof Milano Centrale entfernt liegt und somit zu Fuss problemlos erreicht werden konnte, auch der Zugang hat ohne weitere Probleme geklappt. Das Bett in der Unterkunft war auch gut.

Cons:

Ich glaube mich zu erinnern das wir das Appartement 2 hatten. Im Bad war der Türpfosten rechts unten wahrscheinlich durch einen Wasserschaden extrem aufequollen, so sollte man keine Unterkunft vermieten bevor das nicht behoben wurde. Der Abfluss in der Dusche hinten am Boden war auch nicht Appetitlich zum Anschauen, das sollte man wirklich korrigieren. Wir wollten mal kurz den Backofen verwenden um was aufzuwärmen, als wir das Backblech herausgenommen haben und dabei feststellen mussten wie dreckig dies ist, haben wir darauf verzichtet dieses zu verwenden, das sollte am besten mal ersetzt werden oder zumindest Backtrennpapier zu Verfügung gestellt werden.

Genel hatlariyla gayet iyi.
Pros:

Modern bir bina, internet ve isitma sorunsuz. Terminale nispeten yakın olması güzel, Duomo’ya ise biraz yurumek gerekiyor (30/45 dk arasi)
Temiz ve hemen her ev gereci var, utuden kasaya…

Cons:

Bir tek o siyah yatak ortusunu ilk gunden kaldirdik. Sık yikanabilir bir sey gibi durmuyordu. Bir de havlu kagit olsa mutlu olurduk.

Best Suite in Milano
Pros:

OMG, this place is gorgeous, very clean and neat, secured. I really enjoyed my stay. Once the property owner texted me the instructions on how to get in, it was very easy. I plan to come back to Milano and i plan to stay here again. Great Value, Great place, I really recommend it

There's nothing bad I can say about this place. Everything was wondering.
