The only good thing was clean bad linen.
We were very disappointed with these apartments.
First of all, the apartment was very poorly cleaned. There was dust everywhere. The dishes were greasy and dirty, it was unpleasant to touch them. The kettle was hidden in a cupboard, but when we found it, it was rusty and full of limescale. There was also no dishwasher.
Also, we did not get the room we booked. It was a bit bigger, but it did not help because the apartment was still very dusty.
The drain in the bathroom was clogged, so the water did not go down. It was almost impossible to take a shower (photo attached). Also the light in the bathroom barely worked — only 1 out of 4 light bulbs was working.
Before arrival we asked if we could check in 2 hours earlier, but they said no because the apartment was being cleaned. We said okay. But after entering the apartment we had a question: what exactly did they clean?
Check-out is at 10:00 and check-in at 15:00, so they have 5 hours to clean, but everything was still dirty/ in dust.
Another thing is that they sent the check-in instructions only at 14:40, and only after we wrote that we would arrive in 30 minutes.
Also something strange: these apartments are not called Joivy like in the booking, but ARIA MILANO. There is a big ARIA MILANO sign on the building, and the glass door at the entrance also says ARIA MILANO.
I saw this reviews before our arrival, other guests also wrote about it. When I asked the apartment about this, they did not answer or explain anything.
Another problem is that the gate and the glass entrance doors do not close, even though they send a code to open them. In reality the doors are always open, which does not feel safe.
In the end we were so uncomfortable that we left almost one day earlier and moved to a normal hotel near the Duomo.
The only good thing was clean bed linen.
At most you can stay here one night and leave, but these apartments are not good for a normal stay in Milan.

Beautiful building and modern location. Safe and easy to access.
Only water as body wash and no soap. No hand towel to dry the dishes or the hand. A bit noisy sometimes. Dirt on the floor when we arrived

Good location and easy to access the Metro to get to landmarks etc. Very clean, all amenities available as advertised
The sign for apartment is not “Joivy” as per booking.com so there was a bit of confusion when we arrived. Also the air con did not work - we had it on cool however, temperature kept rising which was uncomfortable. We ended up switching off and opening the window instead.
I really liked the fast communication with the staff through messages — they were very responsive and helpful. The location is very convenient: not far from the center of Milan, close to a metro station and large shops. Access to the apartment was very simple and clear.
There is also a balcony with a nice view. Around the building you can find many restaurants, bars, and stores. The Lima metro station is only about a 5-minute walk away, and Milano Centrale is around a 15-minute walk. Because of this, I recommend not taking a taxi when arriving in Milan — it’s easy to simply walk to the apartment from the station.
We also highly recommend visiting the restaurant Le Brasier nearby — the food is delicious and the Italian wines are excellent.
There are no bad impressions, as everything was as described in the booking.

Nie było papieru toaletowego, brudna łazienka, pościel słabej jakości, niewygodnie się spało. Dziwnie działała klimatyzacja.

Перевіряти роботу WiFi перед заїздом гостей, бо жоден канал не ловив в кімнаті і пароль з листівки не пасував. Так і до кінця подорожі у нас не було не інтернету, ні телевізору не працював. Туалетного паперу не було в туалеті, дозатор мила був зламаний, батарейка в пульті розгорнена та не працював пульт.

Costumer service from Joiby was awful.
The apartment is in an ideal location, close to the Lima Metro station with lots of eating places and shops in the area and surrounds. Apartment itself is clean, modern and comfortable for two people.
However, upon arrival we discovered that we could not connect to the WIFI and use the main TV in the lounge. I immediately contacted the office. At first they were quite helpful in offering suggestions and when it was ascertained there was a problem was advised they would get a technical person to look at it. Unfortunately this never happened and we kept getting emails/messages from different people asking pretty much the same thing each time. We also could not locate any items to wash and dry our dishes with, only a single dishwasher tablet but no dishwasher. Very frustrating. Hopefully these issues are rectified quickly for future guests.
