Cons:

Las sábanas del sofá-cama no eran de cama doble y no cubría toda la cama y además estaban muy deterioradas. También es un apartamento muy ruidoso. Al no estar bien aislado, se escucha mucho el tráfico de la calle.

Uitstekend met uitzondering van het vermelde onder punt 2.
Pros:

1: Zoals aangegeven is de locatie, dicht bij het centrum en diverse winkels en restaurantjes goed. Ook het schoonmaken (handdoeken en beddengoed wissel) waren prima en omdat de appartementen geen balkons hebben is het grote dakterras zeker een pre.

Cons:

2: Het is redelijk gehorig, het dichtslaan van deuren, het gestommel en hard gepraat op de gangen is storend. Dat komt met name doordat de appartement toegangsdeuren volstrekt onvoldoende afsluiten (rammelen in het slot en er zijn grote kieren onder de deur) De voordeur van de centrale entree (wij hadden het appartement op de 1e etage boven de entree) slaat hard dicht. Een simpele oplossing zou zijn het aanbrengen van rubberen stoot strips in de sponningen van de kozijnen en het aanbrengen van een betere deurdranger op de centrale voordeur. Tevens is de scooter/motor parkeerplaats vlak voor het gebouw erg storend. Vierentwintig uur per dag is het een komen en gaan van scooters/motoren s' morgens voeg en met name 's nachts is dat erg vervelend.
