Останавливалась в этих апартаментах и, к сожалению, осталась крайне разочарована.
Номер был чистый, но при этом стоял очень сильный запах сигарет, находиться внутри было просто неприятно. В помещении было очень холодно - батареи были холодные, отопление фактически отсутствовало. Света не было, генератора тоже, поэтому условия для проживания были абсолютно неподходящими.
Я сразу позвонила с просьбой вернуть оплату хотя бы за ночь, так как мы провели в номере около часа и поняли, что жить там невозможно. Мне ответили, что свяжутся с директором, который находится за границей. Позже перезвонили и сообщили, что готовы вернуть деньги только за одну ночь, несмотря на то что я оплатила две ночи и фактически не воспользовалась проживанием.
Считаю такую ситуацию несправедливой. Условия проживания не соответствовали заявленным, а решение вопроса с возвратом средств — некорректное. Не рекомендую данные апартаменты.
