The location is good. One can say the prices are low, but cannot say the rooms are worth the price.

Cons:

The rooms are described as 'small', but we didn't expect it to be this small! There was space for only one person to stand in the room, and so had to do most of the packing on the bed. There was no shower curtain, which was too inconvenient for a bathroom this small. We stayed at another place after for the same price and the rooms were double better. The hotel staff told us online that we can keep the big luggage outside the room in the reception. It was surprising that there were no lockers or anything to store our luggage. We had asked if we can check-in early or drop our luggage, and the hotel staff replied that they will inform us. However, we could check in only at the usual time. We had to skip our travel plans because we had to keep our luggage in the reception where there was no one around until the time of check-in.

Cheap and good location but poor quality and dirty.
Pros:

Location was good. If you are looking for something cheap and some privacy that would be your option. In my opinion i will prefer to spend more money and look for another place with better quality.

Cons:

The check in was difficult because they didn’t give me enough information and the rooms were not very clean and also not very comfortable. To much things to improve in my opinion.

Céntrico y asequible, de espacio reducido y sin lujos.
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación y precio ajustado para la zona en que está (te va a hacer perfectamente el servicio si llevas poco equipaje y si lo que quieres es únicamente un lugar en el que ducharte y dormir, pues la habitación no tiene espacio para hacer vida dentro ni para acomodar equipaje grande). Perfecto sólo si no tienes grandes expectativas y sólo quieres un lugar económico y bien situado donde dormir.
Tienes secador de pelo y nevera en el dormitorio.

Cons:

La habitación a nuestra llegada ya tenía algunos pelos y pelusas en ciertas zonas del tatami. Y como no te limpian la habitación a lo largo de toda tu estancia, si vas a estar varios días tendrás que hacer uso de la aspiradora que hay en las zonas comunes.
El espacio de la habitación es extremadamente pequeño. Sólo caben los dos futones extendidos y una persona de pie a la vez. Nosotros llevábamos maletas muy pequeñas que cabían en el cuarto, pero si llevas maletas grandes, tendrás que dejarlas fuera, desatendidas.
No hay ningún sitio dentro del cuarto donde poder apoyar o colgar tus cosas, por lo que deberás mantener todo dentro de tu maleta.

Struttura pulita, camera in stile giapponese e posizione ottima abbastanza vicina alla fermata della metro

Cons:

Non c’è l’ascensore e le scale sono molto strette. Camera troppo piccola, non siamo riusciti ad aprire le valigie e abbiamo dovuto farlo sul letto
