The property **does not have a reception**, therefore the arrival time must be agreed in advance.

# Arrival information
After the reservation is made, guests receive **initial arrival information**.
**One day before arrival**, guests receive **detailed instructions**, including entrance information and door access codes.
# Age policy
**Minimum check-in age: 22 years.**
Guests under the age of 22 may stay **only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.**
# Security deposit
Upon arrival, a **security deposit pre-authorization of EUR 50 per room** is required using a bank card (the amount is not charged, but temporarily reserved).
The deposit may be used **in case of damages, extra cleaning or violations of house rules**.
The deposit is **released on the day of check-out**, however depending on the bank it may take **up to 14 days** to appear in the guest’s account.

At night these sounds may be **more noticeable**, as the surrounding environment becomes quieter.
# Parking

The location was very nice – close to city centre and also the public transport. The apartment had all the necessities and the bed was very comfortable.
It was quit cold in the apartment and there were some rules that didn’t quite make sense – for example, had to tell the owner time of arrival or get a fee for not telling this exact time.
La habitación es muy amplia y el baño inmenso, aunque la ducha es en plan tailandés, no hay plato. Está muy alejado del centro, aunque a nosotros para esa noche nos venía muy bien, porque nos quedaba al lado del trabajo. Es más un hotel para ir con tu pareja a montárselo en plan sex que otra cosa. Así parece estar todo enfocado en la habitación, pues hasta tiene una barra pole dance y la bañera en pleno dormitorio. Todo parece ir así enfocado. Para bien y para mal. Tienes la línea 1 de tranvía justo detrás.
El nórdico era pequeño, no cubría todo el colchón y a la noche sentimos frío en la cama. Si vas a turistear, está demasiado alejado del centro. La llegada fue un poco caótica. Hay que escribirles por la aplicación para que te abran y te den la habitación y estar atento a ella porque te amenazan con penalizarte con 50€ si no confirmas la hora de llegada. No hay nadie en recepción como en un hotel normal.

Reading the check-in description took longer than the check-in itself. :) A clean, spacious room; our windows looked out onto the courtyard, so the street noise didn't bother us. The curtains blocked out the light perfectly - I hadn't slept in such a dark room in a long time.
There were only two towels on the bed - a minor detail, but a third one in the bathroom would have been ideal.

The room was so small that there was no place for even a chair or a table, may be other rooms are different. The one I took was with two single beds . The sheets and covers and towels were so old and almost ripped
