Important information:

Pros:

Апартаменът е чист и просторен. Чекирането е лесно и онлайн. Персоналът е услужлив, има пералня, сешоар и всичко необходимо. Тихо е. Разположението е добро, има автобусна спирка в близост. За тази цена е наистина перфектно.

Cons:

Има депозит, който ми бе върнат бързо след напускане на апартамента. Неудобно е, когато пътуваш бюджетно, но и е разбираемо защо се изисква.

Pros:

Laba atrašanās vieta centrālu ielu krustpunktā, blakus sabiedriskā transporta pieturām. Viesu nams kluss, skaņas izolācija šķita laba. Skats uz pagalmu novērsa bažas par iespējamu dzīvās ielas trokšņa efektu. Laba drošība, jo slēdzamas nama ieejas durvis un elektroniska durvju sistēma numuram. Numurs kārtīgs, pietiekami liels. Vannas istaba ērta. Ir virtuves stūrītis. Veikali un ēstuves sasniedzami arī ejot kājām. Vecpilsētas aptuveni pusotra kilometra attālumā.

Nepatika prasība sūtīt personas dokumentu skanētus attēlus un ķīlas naudas ņemšana par iespējamiem postījumiem.

The room windows are without barrier for the light so sleeping was very bad with light during all day & night as rooms very close to the street and quite noisy all day at the rooms there is big Holes upper the door which make sounds outside and inside room are equal.

After you pay the reservation they ask you about a deposit 50€ otherwise you will not allow you to check in which isn't mentioned previously.

Дом знаходзіцца ў добрым месцы.
Радыятары ў кватэры трохі грэлі. Таму ў кватэры было цёпла.

Cons:

Адсутнасць фена для сушкі валасоў. Пасля званку прынеслі.
Адсутнасць хаця б двух пакетыкаў гарбаты.

Хорошее место на пару дней
Pros:

Очень хорошая чистая студия. Есть все необходимое для проживания - особенно порадовал кофе, спасибо! Очень не хочется покупать целую пачку ради 1-3 дней в путешествии или таскать открытую с собой.

Расположение супер, удобно доехать на общественном транспорте. Мы искали квартиру, чтобы было удобно съездить в PMLP и потом рано утром уехать на трансфере в РФ. Отъезд был от Alfa торгового центра - в 5.30 утра добрались из этой квартиры без проблем

Cons:

Запах сигарет в ванной комнате ощущался достаточно сильно - думаю кто-то курил ниже или выше и все шло по вытяжке в ванную. Либо жильцы до нас курили в ванной. Мы давно бросили курить, поэтому запах ощущался достаточно сильно. К тому же мы путешествовали с ребенком, это было не приятно.

Не очень удобный формат заезда через букинг - кроме брони необходимо пройти дополнительную регистрацию, привязать карту. Потом оплатить с карты депозит. Потом совершить еще одну транзакцию за туристический налог. С учетом того, что у нас был нестабильный интренет в дороге, а время заезда уже приближалось, это было очень неудобно и сильно меня нервировало в нашей и без того неспокойной поездке.

Отличный вариант за свои деньги. Удобные кровати , чисто, уютно. Есть функциональная кухня

Cons:

Малость шумно, с открытым окном в теплое время не поспишь. Депозит 50 евро как нигде в других местах.
