Pros:

From the beginning the host was communicative, and informative. The house was large, the shower, bathroom and washing machine where very well functioning and up to date. The rooms where large, and the kitchen island was fully stocked with the basic necesseities. The host was also communicative ensuring that all our needs are met. They reply fast as well. Overall this place was perfect for our stay.

Good location, easy to get to the town by train only 5 mins walking to the train station. Convenient stores and restaurants near by

Cons:

It’s very difficult to get the key. The code provided in webpage was not correct, Staff has poor communication, not good in English. Room Space is too small for 4 people due to limited space in Japanese. The blankets and mattress were not provided for 4 people. This apartment facility is actually fit for 3 people. About the cleanliness in the room is not good.

Great location and worth the price.
Pros:

Great location, 10 mins walk to the station and 5-10 min metro to Shinjuku. Very homey vibe and it has most of the stuff you need on a trip.

Cons:

We booked for 4 people and it did have sleeping space for 4. But the other bed is a sleeping sofa, that is more like an extra large single bed, so two of us have to cuddle to sleep. But it is kind of expected since most of the hotel is Tokyo is very small.

Я бронировала апартаменты на 3-х человек. В описании было указано что в апартаментах есть одна спальня с большой кроватью и раскладывающийся диван. Оказалось что спальня находится на 2-м этаже, куда ведет очень крутая лестница. Я путешествовала с пожилыми родителями. Они не смогли подняться вверх в спальню так как лестница слишком крутая. Им пришлось спать внизу на диване, который не пригоден для сна. Диван весь проваливался, был пыльный и грязный. Подушки и одеяла выглядели грязными, от них плохо пахло, как будто их не стирали. В квартире повсюду пыль. Мы заселились поздно ночью и я сразу написала о проблемах с просьбой либо заменить апартаменты либо обеспечить уборку. Мне вовремя и вежливо отвечали но проблему ни с заменой, ни с уборкой не решили.
Для заселения нужно внимательно изучить инструкцию. Так как код от двери отправляется в сообщении, а код от входной двери в здание находится в инструкции. Странно что один код отправляют в сообщении, а другой нужно искать в инструкции. Также в инструкции указано 2 разных кода, в тексте один, на картинке другой. Что также приводит в заблуждение.
Я пишу этот отзыв чтобы владельцы предприняли меры. Так как в таком виде сдавать квартиру это неуважение к туристам.

There are better choices for the money.
Pros:

It was helpful to have separate sleeping quarters and it felt secure and safe.

Cons:

It did not look as clean and well kept as the photos. It felt dirty and the neighbors were very loud including starting laundry at midnight! You can’t open any windows or curtains because everyone would be able to see directly in and all three of us had a few bug bites the next day. It wasn’t terrible, but I won’t stay again

Very cramped for more than 2 people.

Check-in and communication was smooth.

Cons:

The most off-putting was that our towels and bedding had such a bad odour that we could not relax properly after a long day out. We had to rewash the towels and make do with the bedding smell. There was hair on our bedding too. The place is quite cramped and the listing photos are definitely cleaner, newer looking rooms.
