Pros:

Presque parfait
Pros:

Emplacement très agréable. Vous êtes à proximité (30min) de quartiers comme Akihabara, Asakusa... À 15 minutes de la Tokyo Skytree.
Le quartier est calme.
Logement et installations de très bonnes qualités. Machine à laver à disposition.
Très propre.
Personnel d'entretien très cordial.

Cons:

Il y a à proximité du logement un bruit régulier en journée (9h-17h), dû à une machine. L'isolation phonique est mauvaise. Cependant, des boules quies sont à disposition et le reste du logement étant super, ce n'est pas très grave.

Un séjour très agréable, des consignes précises
Pros:

Cet appartement était facile d’accès (grâce aux codes, pas de problème de perte de clés), confortable et propre, et à proximité de la Skytree Tower

Cons:

Pas grand chose, peut-être le fait d’être assez éloigné de beaucoup de zones touristiques de Tokyo (mais c’est normal en vue de la taille de la ville)

Pros:

Very comfortable. Host was very responsive and helpful. The property is very close to metro station and convenience stores - welcia, 7-eleven, family Mart. Good neighborhood

Cons:

There was noise from the nearby factory but it was usually after 9-10am and stopped before we got back to the accommodation so it was manageable

Pros:

Erreichbar sowohl vom Bahnhof Tokio als auch beiden Flughäfen mit wenigen Umstiegen. Das Apartment hatte eine gute Ausstattung inklusive Reiskocher. Es war recht klein, aber sauber und zusätzliche Bettdecken waren vorhanden. Bei Rückfragen und Problemen haben die Gastgeber fast sofort geantwortet. Wir hatten zunächst kein WLAN, dafür wurden uns zwei andere Zugänge zu Routern zugeschickt. Diese hatten allerdings schlechte und instabile Verbindungen. Wir konnten das Problem letztlich allein lösen, da wir den Router gefunden haben, es war ein Kabel diskonektiert.

Cons:

Die Matratze ist Recht hart und es gab nur Gläser, keine Tassen.

Pros:

Skvělá poloha, klidné okolí, dobrá dostupnost do centra, kolem obchody a vše co člověk potřebuje. Ubytování bylo čisté, velikostně na Japonsko příjemné, mohli jsme v klidu manipulovat s kufry. Příjezd i odjezd bez problémů.

Cons:

Byt až v posledním patře, byla těžká manipulace s kufry dolů i nahoru bez výtahu. Ve všední dny kolem 8h začíná ve vedlejším domě hlučnější práce. Samozřejmě jsme netrávili čas na ubytování celý den, ale někomu by to mohlo vadit.

快適！
Pros:

全体的に新しく綺麗で快適でした。
トイレとお風呂も別、洗濯機あり、冷蔵庫は冷凍庫ありの2ドア、掃除機、クイックルワイパー、アイロンなどもありました。
食器もIKEAや無印のものだったり、シンプルで使いやすかったです。
フライパン、蓋付き片手鍋、まな板、箸、フォーク、スプーン、ザル、キッチンペーパーなどあり。
お風呂場は、ボディソープ、シャンプー、コンディショナーあり。
洗濯用洗剤、食器洗い洗剤もあり。
クローゼットあり、ハンガーもたくさん、ピンチ付きハンガー、洗濯籠あり、電気湯沸かしポット、電子レンジあり、コンロはIHです。
この値段でここまで揃っているのは初めてでした。近くに薬屋さん、コンビニもあり、駅前の小さめスーパーも意外とものが揃っていて自炊も快適でした。
調味料やオイルは持参か買う形です。
少し歩いたところにバス停もあり、錦糸町駅まで行けます。
三階まで階段で、階段のおどり場からスカイツリーが見られます。
オートロックなのも安心でした！
本当にありがとうございました♪

施設は快適でしたが、向かいに板金の工場があり、昼間9〜15時くらいまで建物が揺れるほどの大きな音が定期的に響き渡ります。最初はびっくりしましたが、夜は静かです。

总体来说，还是很推荐的
Pros:

环境很好，房间在居民区，入住期间很安静，没有被打扰，我很满意。每次出去玩回来有种回家的感觉。

Cons:

房间实际和图片有点差别。位置里曳舟站稍微有点远，要走上10分钟。还有窗帘遮的不严实。
