Would stay here again!
Pros:

The location was fantastic, particularly if you like a nice long walk into downtown. The area is up and coming.
The people at reception were very helpful and all spoke at least English and Russian. The host is EXTREMELY helpful.
The room is a great size with a nice balcony and has everything you need for a longer term stay.
Make sure you get the correct address: 18 Rejep Nizharadze street, Sunrise Apart-Hotel!!

Cons:

Drawing the curtains revealed massive dust bunnies, so it is not very carefully cleaned between guests. The kitchen is serviceable, but difficult to work with if you stay longer term and prefer to cook mostly. If you use the washing machine, make sure you have a strongly scented detergent! There is a lot of construction in the area, so be prepared for occasional water and/or electrical outages.
