Pros:

Very large space, very clean and equipment of high standard.

Cons:

The deposit was a bit complex (but return was very easy and fast). The Wi-Fi required several re-confimations or new login, otherwise it worked well

Pros:

A localização é excelente. Transportes públicos perto. Várias lojas, cafés por perto. Zona muito agradável e tranquila. Prédio tranquilo.
O apartamento é bastante agradável e grande. Confortável. Ótima zona para morar em Berlim.

Pros:

Das Apartment war angenehm groß und hell und bietet ausreichend Platz für zwei Personen. Es ist gut ausgestattet und ansprechend eingerichtet.
Es liegt in einer kleinen, hübschen Straße, mit ein paar Cafés und Restaurants und führt auf den Karl-August-Platz, auf dem zwei mal wöchentlich ein gut frequentierter, sehr schöner Markt stattfindet

Cons:

Im Bad war leider die Duschabtrennung nicht dicht und ich habe einen Kosmetikspiegel (Vergrößerung) vermisst.
Zudem könnte es eine andere Art der Müllentsorgung geben, als dass ich als Gast damit in den Hinterhof gehen muss.

Doporučuji!
Pros:

Ubytování se nachází v klidné lokalitě. Každou středu se zde koná farmářský trh- DOPORUČUJEME. Check-in proběhl v pořádku, přístupovým kódem se otevřela schránka s klíči. Ubytování bylo krásně prostorné, dobře vybavené-kompletní potřeby do kuchyně, kávovar s kapslemi, rychlovarná konvice. Byl zde dostatek ručníků, k dispozici sprchový gel, šampón a mýdlo.
Check out byl též v pořádku, bez zbytečných komplikací.
Děkuji za komunikaci s personálem!

Na apartmá číslo 504 byla slabá wifi, která hodně vypadávala.

Pros:

Third stay looking forward to number 4!
Staff is amazing - thank you again for the kind attention.
Area is full of shops & public transport in walking distance.
I would rate this property 8,5 - for some reason this isn't an option.

Cons:

Small details...
Sleeping in isn't an option - the church bells are very loud in the morning :)
No luggage storage possible.
I keep coming back anyways!

Pros:

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Fenster in unserem Appartement waren Richtung Innenhof, daher war es sehr leise. Die Betten waren bequem und auch die Ausstattung der Küche war gut. In der direkter Umgebung gab es diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants.
Insgesamt empfehlenswert!

Cons:

Im Wohnraum, in dem das Schlafsofa stand, gab es keine Verdunklungsvorhänge. Das Bad war etwas klein. Ansonsten gab es nichts und wir würden auch es auch jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Gut gelegen, etwas in die Jahre gekommen!
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, praktisch eingerichtet.

Cons:

Leider waren die Stühle mit Flecken, welche man sicher entfernen hätte können. Dichtung der Dusche sollte erneuert werden. Ablage beim Waschbecken ist auf der Unterseite defekt und es Löst sich die Spanplatte auf. Bügelladenbezug und vor allem das Bügeleisen sollte dringend gereinigt werden.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt den ich nur empfehlen kann.

Die Lage war sehr gut! Nah an der U Bahn und an diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten

Der Fernseher hatte nur ein paar Programme. Zwar haben wir den nicht oft genutzt, aber da wo wir schauen wollten liefen die Sender nicht...
