Grundsätzlich schönes Apartment, keine Entschädigung bei extremen Baulärm im Haus - unprofessionell
Pros:

Grundsätzlich eine schöne Unterkunft, die alles hat, wenn man sich selbst versorgen möchte. Küche ist ganz gut ausgestattet, das Bett ist bequem, die Lage sehr zentral, zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nebenstraße. Auch ein entspannter Check-In ist ganz flexibel möglich.

Cons:

Leider befindet sich das Apartment anscheinend in einem normalen Mietshaus und genau in der Woche (im Hausflur gab es einen Aushang des Mieters, der einziehen würde von Anfang März), in der ich da war und mir eine Woche Ruhe gewünscht habe, gab es Bauarbeiten in einer dieser Mietwohnungen. Diese gingen bis in die späten Abendstunden und waren extrem laut (bohren, schleifen, hämmern, sägen...). An Ausspannen war nicht zu denken. Das Appartement kam mir (außer mit einer Entschuldigung) nicht entgegen. Eine Entschädigung gab es nicht. Sehr unprofessionell. Leider.

Pros:

W pełni wyposażona kuchnia, wygodne, duże łóżko, ładny widok z balkonu.

Cons:

W trakcie pobytu na piętrze niżej trwał remont do późnych godzin (w piątek i sobotę do około godziny 20:00), co było trochę uciążliwe.

The size of the apartment was good and perfect for a single person.

Cons:

Only a small shower gel offered and the quality of pillows is not up to standard. Cleanliness of windows are not good and the noise due to ongoing constructions were not very pleasant.

Pros:

Die Lage ist hervorragend, die S-Bahn und die U-Bahn nah! Die Deutsche Oper in Fußnähe, Restaurants in der Umgebung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor der Tür. Der Markt am Mittwoch ist grandios!

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit war nicht Ok. Der Baulärm war störend!

Cosy apartment. Shame about the noise and confusion.

Good location, nice spacious apartment.

Cons:

Very loud drilling and hammering from the upstairs apartment through the ceiling was happening from 9am to 8pm every day making staying inside impossible. Also initially the building where I got the key from wasn't where my apartment was. Spend 20mins looking on all the floors confused as to why the apartment numbers didn't go up to the one on my key. Only realised that it was the building next door by accident. Tried to call the staff number but didn't get anyone answering the phone.

Helles, sauberes Apartment in guter Lage
Pros:

Sauber, alles notwendige vorhanden. Die Unterkunft war leicht zu finden und ist mit dem Lift auch bequem in jedem Stockwerk zu erreichen.
Das Zimmer ist hell. Alles war sehr ordentlich und neu.

Cons:

Es gab zufällig gerade eine extrem laute Baustelle im Haus. Dafür konnte die Einrichtung aber nichts. Also keine Kritik!

Die Einrichtung ist ein wenig nüchtern. Aber es ist alles da, was man braucht.
