Pros:

Unkomplizierter Check in, auf Anfrage sogar eine Stunde früher möglich. Saubere Ferienwohnung mit bequemen (harten) Betten. Wir würden wieder buchen!

Beste Lage, aber ein Appartement mit Mängeln
Pros:

Topp Lage, modernes Bad. Sauberkeit in Ordnung. Gute Ausstattung.

Cons:

Die Möbel sind ziemlich abgewohnt, es könnte mal renoviert werden. Den Schrank kann man nicht nutzen, weil er an der einen Stelle fast auseinander fällt, die andere Seite voll mit irgendwelchen Dingen ist. Das Bettlaken hatte Löcher und ist andauernd von der Matratze gerutscht, die Matratze vom Bett.

Für ein Kurzwochenende geeignet
Pros:

Apartment liegt relativ nah an U- und S-Bahn. Somit ist man in 20 Minuten im Zentrum.
Sehr großes Zimmer.
Bett bequem. Kleiner Balkon vorhanden.
In der Nähe viele Restaurants und die Einkaufsstraße von Wilmersdorf

Cons:

Am Samstag ist Markt direkt vor dem Hotel. Entsprechend frühmorgens schon laut. Kirche ist auch gegenüber. Generell sehr hellhörig.
Beim Besteck fehlen Gabel und Löffel - dafür jede Menge Messer vorhanden.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in einem tollen Stadtteil
Pros:

Wir waren insgesamt rundum zufrieden und werden sicher wiederkommen.

Cons:

Anregen möchten wir ein festes Behältnis für Duschgel/Shampoo in der Dusche und Handseife am Waschbecken.

Gute Lage und Erreichbarkeit mit Verkehrsmitteln, schöne Wohnung.

Cons:

Einige Kleinigkeiten in der Ausstattung des Appartments - kein Spülmittel, Schwamm, Holzlöffel, Kaffeefilter. Wenn man für ein paar Nächte kommt, nimmt man es nicht mit.

Tolles Apartment, man sollte jedoch nicht lärmempfindlich sein.
Pros:

Apartment sauber, gut eingerichtet, gute Lage.
Da gibt es nichts zu kritisieren.

Cons:

Nicht für Lärmempfindliche geeignet. Sehr hellhörig. Früh morgens und spät abends heftiges Gepolter, Lärm, (Kinder-)Geschrei, laute Musik sowie morgens unüberhörbares Klavier-/Keyboardspielen.

Good few days stay
Pros:

It was in a good location for public transport. Kitchen has everything you need - kitchenette, microwave, simple coffee machine, refrigerator.

Cons:

The neighrbourhood didn’t feel very safe at night, also had to ask for wi-fi booster because internet didn’t work properly in my floor and the iron didn’t heat up nor gave steam.
