Czysto, przyjemna okolica, wygodne łóżko.
Pros:

Dobra lokalizacja, blisko stacja S-Bahn, sklepy, restauracje, przyjemna okolica. Czysto.

Cons:

Nie działała telewizja.

Pros:

Gute Lage, gute Erreichbarkeit mit Schnellbahn und U-Bahn; verkehrberuhigte Zone.
Ausstattung in sehr gutem Zustand.
Problemlose Kommunikation im Vorfeld über Zugangscode für Schlüssel.
Automatische Rechnungsübermittlung nach Ende des Aufenthalts.
Großer Ventilator vorhanden; war angenehm, da es zum Zeitpunkt des Aufenthalts in Berlin sehr heiß war.

Cons:

WLan war nicht ganz so stabil wie im Vorjahr. Ich musste mich fallweise neu verbinden. Es war aber kein großes Problem.

Gute Lage, Ausstattung passabel
Pros:

Gute Lage in unserem Lieblingskiez, geräumig und mit Küchenzeile als Familie sehr praktisch

Cons:

Doch sehr in die Jahre gekommen seit unserem letzten Aufenthalt vor ein paar Jahren, keine Verdunklungsvorhänge im Wohnzimmer, wo das Schlafsofa steht

Practical, super clean and spacious
Pros:

Good location, everything you need is close by. The apartment is very spacious, fully equipped with everything you could ever need. 10/10

Cons:

My apartment was 001 which is on the ground floor, entrance right from the street (it does have a long hallway so you're not sleeping next to the entrance). I was a bit uneasy about leaving the windows wide open during the night though, as they're at street level.
Also, there's no power socket in the bathroom (probably a legal restriction in Germany). The place does offer a hairdryer, but since you can't use it in the bathroom, you can't look in the mirror when styling your hair so that's a bit tricky. Maybe adding a mirror on a wall with a socket could help people who care about that :)

Buen sitio para ir a Berlín en familia
Pros:

Apartamento limpio y con todo lo necesario, muy bien ubicado, definitivamente repetiría

Cons:

Con la ola de calor que estaba pasando en Berlín solo contaba con un pequeño ventilador y no era suficiente

Pros:

- łatwe zameldowanie, bezkontaktowe
- byliśmy w Berlinie podczas upałów (38 stopni), co prawda w obiekcie nie było klimatyzacji ale na szczęście w szafie znaleźliśmy wiatrak, co uratowało nas podczas tych upałów
- super lokalizacja, w pobliżu dużo barów/lokali a do metra blisko; byliśmy akurat na koncercie więc lokalizacja super nam opowiadała bo było blisko do stadionu olimpijskiego
- wygodne łóżko
- duża przestrzeń
- kaucja 100 euro zwrócona jeszcze w dzień wymeldowania
- mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone: suszarka z dyfuzorem, żelazko, deska do prasowania, wieszaki w szafie, ekspres do kawy i kapsułki; (brak jedynie herbaty)
- winda - mieszkaniebyło na 5. piętrze więc była przydatna

Cons:

- z prysznica trochę ciekło :/
- słaby internet, wolno działał; telewizor z netflixem, youtubem ale zacinał się chyba ze względu na internet
- brak półeczki na kosmetyki pod prysznicem
- trochę kurzu np. na sztucznym kwiatku w łazience
