Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage war sehr gut und nahe an allem in der Stadt. Man kann alles gut zu Fuss machen. Es hatte kleine Pflegeprodukte und einen Wasserkocher. Tee und Kaffe waren vorhanden. Kühlschrank war vorhanden.

Ubytování je situované do klidného dvora, takže nic nerušilo odpočinek. Pokoj byl čistý a vybavený klimatizací, což velmi zpříjemnilo pobyt. Spalo se mi pohodlně. Hostitelé byli velmi přátelští a strávili jsme s nimi příjemný večer, který náš pobyt krásně obohatil.

Location is good and the staff are welcoming.

The owners of the facility were very caring, friendly and helpful. We couldn't find the hotel on the first day and the owner contacted us and came to where we were and helped. They offered us coffee while waiting for the rain to stop on the day we were going to check out and they said we could wait in our room if we wanted. Thank you for your help😇

Cozy little place in the old city. Everything within walking distance. Restaurants and shops on corners.
Entrance is through a little courtyard. Hotel is run by lovely family that make you feel very welcome. Courtyard is small but just big enough to safely park motorcycle next to owner's classic MG. Small terrace where you can sit comfortable with coffee or beers.

Batumi 1912 is definitely a hidden Gem. It's right in the middle of the old part of Batumi. Everything is super accessible from that location. Room is clean, well maintained, we were met by clean towels, toothpaste and brushed, soaps, hair drier, little kitchen, little table, very good AC. for no extra charges. Host was super flexible with our check in and out. He was nice and communicating with us well. Hotel rooms are located on the second floor of the building. from the outside it looks like you need to share the same entrance as people who reside on the first floor, for which me and my friend that were staying there, were a little worried, since we would have to come back quite late some nights and we didn't wanted to bother anyone, but to our surprise, entrance for the guests was isolated. There was no noise and we were not worried that we were creating discomfort for anyone. Hotel also has a really quite outside space, for warm morning and nice breakfast coffee. Absolutely recommended and we will be returning here again. Thank you Dato for excellent experience!

The hotel is a family business and they were so nice, helpful, caring and professional.
The location is excellent, no room service but when i asked for changing the trash they didnt hesitate to do so.
Very clean, Nana the host and her husband david and their family were so helpful, welcoming and nice.
