Die. Unterkunft hat keinen Wohlfühlcharakter.
Pros:

Schöne Lage, in einem Wohngebiet mit viel Grün und guter Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft ist ungemütlich, die Einrichtung lässt zu wünschen übrig, schlechte Lichtverhältnisse. Der Kühlschrank war abgeschaltet, und das im Sommer! Wir mussten ihn selber anschalten. Bei einer 6 Bettenunterkunft waren auch nur je 4 Besteckteile vorhanden und die Spülmaschine war defekt. Die gebuchte Terrasse war 2 Stockwerke unter uns.

Pros:

La posizione perfetta per i mezzi di trasporto, il verde e la tranquillita' della zona , le dimensioni dell'appartamento e la possibilita' di parcheggiare all'interno del cortile.

Cons:

Un po' piccolo il bagno per un uomo di m.1,90 e kg.95

I think I will not book again until the owners do serious good changing in the beds and bed shits
Pros:

Location is quite and 10min walking to the S metro station ,

Cons:

The furniture is to old and the bed not comfortable at all and the bed shits was not good ( it’s like over used and shifting from home to apartment , actually I couldn’t sleep well in the bed

Pros:

Das Zimmer war mit relativ neuen Möbeln ausgestattet. Sogar ein kleiner Kühlschrank war vorhanden, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen.
Kleiner Aussenbereich zum Sitzen. Von aussen ist das Gebäude schön renoviert. Nette Mitarbeiterin Im Frühstücksservice.

Cons:

Das Bad war sehr alt mit heftigen Gebrauchsspuren. Vor den Zimmern auf dem Flur ein heiloses Durcheinander von Haushaltsgegenständen.
Heftiger modriger Geruch.

Zu empfehlen für Leute ohne besondere Ansprüche
Pros:

Die Lage nahe der S-Bahnstation ist sehr vorteilhaft! Es ist ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer, während der Nacht hab ich ihn abgestellt, weil er sich natürlich immer wieder in Intervallen einschaltet und dann zu laut ist. Das Einzelzimmer ist zwar klein, aber es ist alles vorhanden, was man üblicherweise braucht.
Es war das günstigste Zimmer, das ich in brauchbarer Lage (guter ÖV-Anschluss) auf booking.com gefunden hatte.

Cons:

Es gibt keinen Personalkontakt, jedenfalls wenn man kein Frühstück dazubucht. Die Check-In-Beschreibung war aber klar.
Im Flur riecht es ziemlich unangenehm!
Das Zimmer ist ziemlich hellhörig, aber in der Nacht war es immer sehr ruhig.
Überlange Betten wie in der Einzelzimmerbeschreibung gibt es nicht!
