We hebben genoten van deze heerlijke plek!
Pros:

We hadden een ruim en schoon appartement met een groot balkon en prachtig uitzicht over het lago Maggiore!

Cons:

Er is een prima parkeergarage, maar dit is wel prijzig, € 16,50 per dag. Zelf vonden we het geen probleem, maar de accommodatie ligt wel naast een drukke weg.

Außergewöhnlicher Aufenthalt mit herausragendem Service in Baveno

Ich war positiv überrascht von der großen Wohnung. Der Blick war großartig und direkt auf den See gerichtet.

Hygiene und Sauberkeit: Der Hygienezustand in dieser Wohnung war extraordinär herausragend. Im gesamten Hotel wird augenscheinlich Wert auf höchste Hygiene gelegt — ein seltenes Erlebnis. Von Mängeln (z.B. Verseuchung durch Heteroptera (Wanzen) konnte nicht die Rede sein, was heutzutage leider keine Selbstverständlichkeit ist.

Personal und Service: Das Personal war sehr nett und entgegenkommend. Sie waren hervorragend deutschsprachig, was die Kommunikation sehr erleichterte.

Fazit und Empfehlung: Sollte ich erneut nach Baveno reisen, dann weiß ich, wo ich buchen würde. Ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Cons:

Die Lampen am Bett hätten eine hellere Leuchtkraft haben können, da ich im Bett schriftlich gearbeitet habe.

L’appartement était très spacieux et propre.
J’aurais préféré être plus haut dans les étages pour avoir une meilleure vue car l’immeuble en face bof

Cons:

L’hôtel est au bord de la route où y a énormément de passage j’ai trouvé dangereux pour les enfants. Et on a demandé pour le parking on ou a pas proposé de parking souterrain mais à l’extérieur où il n’y avait pas souvent de place et notre voiture est très très grande compliqué de stationné. On nous a dit qu’on avait l’accès à la piscine 10 min de l’hôtel en voiture nous sommes aller mais pas pu aller car y avait des cours et nous pouvions aller que dans la patogoire mes ados était pas heureux. La salle de jeux très sympa. Dommage qui avait pas les balles de ping poing et jeux cassé et pas de snack ou boisson (café).
J’ai trouvé déplacé de rajouter 16€ à la facture en disant que c’est le pourboire. Si je veux donner je donne mais imposer je trouve deplacé.

Helemaal tevreden.
Pros:

Ruim appartement, prachtig uitzicht, zeer schoon en netjes, alles was aanwezig wat we nodig hadden, appartement was 10 minuten lopen van het centrum.

Cons:

De kussens waren heel dun en het appartement was op de een of andere manier heel erg warm.
