It was a very comfortable stay and excellent value for money; we would recommend City House.
Pros:

Very comfortable rooms and excellent facilities. The manager, Anna, was very welcoming and friendly; she speaks very good English. She was available to answer questions and she gave us local recommendations. We could leave our luggage on the last day and Anna called us a taxi to the bus station. The hotel was in a quiet side street, very conveniently located for all the sights and shops.

Cons:

The staircase was quite steep and curving, and could be a problem if you have mobility issues. There is no elevator.
